Uhm.. I need cool downs for each of your moves, and the speed boost of your shikai, you need to reword it, because as it is is a bit vague, and it can't ignore rank, it can possibly boost your speed one level up until Master.

Yes I know but it is the first principle of my fighting style and since most of my moves use shunpo or the first principle it would not make sense without it being there

As we agreed upon unless you win an OTM you cannot change your stats until you're past 1 tier, and that also means that while you have boosted stats it doesn't mean that you instantly are better than other 3-1+'s.
