Few things to go through before I approve this character application:

1. Personality is only 4 sentences, it needs to be 10.

2. Your history essentially says he has been captain of Squad 2 for over 2,000 years. This isnt possible, as both Yoruichi Shihoin and Sui-Feng were canon captains 400 years ago, and just recently Lloyd Reed was the Squad 2 Captain.

3. His history says he mastered Shunpo, but I won't be approving him as an 0 tier so he won't be able to start out with a Master skill.

Fix these and I will move on to ability corrections.

2) I also apologize for this, I don't exactly know what year the site is currently on in comparison to what the canon year was for each Captain nor which Captain has already taken over previously, History amended.

3) Amended to be highly adept instead of Mastered

As I plan on approving him at a high enough tier, I've decided to check his Bankai as well.

Description: This technique raises a dome around Raisetsu, This can be kept up for a maximum of 10 posts, This technique can block attacks of strength equal too or less then up to rank 80 before shattering, He can prevent it from shattering at a cost of 24 right when it hits however the effect will be halved each time he does, MEaning the second will only be able to block rank 40 Kidō, So on and so forth.

Ten posts is a rather long amount of time, and the Kidō level 80 is rather high. I recommend making the power length shorter, perhaps to 2 posts, as even though he is in Bankai level 80 is very high and two straight posts is a long time in a fight.
