Based on the fact that in another thread Frost was talking about this and he gave you his approval, since he is the Head Admin I don't think it will be an issue to put my own approval on this for one of the two. So unless someone tells me otherwise approved 1/2, also Tsubine, your signature is very... well you know, especially while I am at school, it's just baddd xD.

Yes I know this, but seeing as how you guys already talked about this and no other oranges are approving, I feel in this situation it would be okay for me to approve something like this even though I am just a app checker.
