• Appearance Description:
Tetsuka has changed his look over the year he has kept in hiding. his body changed the day he absorbed some of his Sisters rietsu and now, he walks the earth as a more threatening man. The only difference really, is how he no longer as his jet black hair. This has now gone bright white and grown much longer than before. he claims to appear threatening to the casual human. He tends to wear a black coat over a blue and white stripy shirt. it isn't often that he changes from this get up. This is accompanied by blue jeans and trainers, really completing a blending look for the crowds.

Tetsuka stands at around 6'1 tall and no longer slouches as he moves. His eyes have become dark and lifeless as well as his evil smirk and expression. He will always carry a strange idol with him: A ring with a triangle and several points around it. usually, Tetsuka emits a faint aura of shadows as he walks.

Personality

• Personality:

Tetsuka is a dark and dangerous man. Even though he is very threatening to look at, he is aware that he is not the most powerful man in existence. Tetsuka is what anyone would describe as a sadist with very cruel intentions. he is a very clever man with nothing to lose and tends to use his powers to corrupt people he has interest in. His reasoning is very vague but he likes to say "I do all of this for fun and to see the looks in people’s eyes when they realise I just ate them from inside." This guy also has a very powerful intellect as he plans things months beforehand and if something goes wrong, he would quickly think of a new plan to work around his failures and misjudgements. Tetsuka has a fetish for pain and misery to those that he links himself to. His reasons are very vague but he claims to enjoy killing people slowly and also learning about the different places in the world through them. After all, he has the stubbornness of a brick house when it comes to learning about something including new ways to kill somebody with something he already knows how to do.

Tetsuka's ideals of the battle really aren't all that great. He definitely does not like to fight others with huge explosions and epic battles between armies. Instead, he would rather take his time in a kill and haunt a single person till they either kill themselves or he gets bored. He would even pull the trigger of a gun just to see someone die again. However he wouldn't exactly kill himself for that idea as he wouldn't be able to see others die more.

Natural Attributes & Supernatural Powers

• Natural Attributes:

Acrobatics:
Tetsuka is very flexible. he can climb most surfaces with ease and hang from branches, pipes etc. This is how he tends to keep himself concealed most of the time from enemies. He has been known to vanish randomly from corridors by combining his abilities with his acrobatics allowing him to hide in rafters, grates in the ceiling and sometimes even down holes you wouldn't expect him to fit in.

• Powers:

Silver Tongue:
He is capable of speaking in any language and can understand any speech. This means Ashlei's vampiric language is no secret to him. This ability also allows him to do one thing extra: Force the truth. Tetsuka can speak whatever he wishes and whoever hears it is forced to believe his words. The only way around this is if something is obviously incorrect such as 'The sun is about to explode' or 'I am actually your father'. he can however say 'She wants you dead' and the person that he is talking to would highly believe it, even if that person they were talking of was the kindest most innocent person in the world.

This can be easily countered by anyone of a Master Willpower. Anybody weaker than that may struggle to see the truth regardless of what tier Tetsuka is. Even masters sometimes fall for his words. As he can make simple things sound horrifying, and things that would make you sick sound perfectly normal.

Depart:
Tetsuka cannot move rapidly nor can he attack very well. What he can do however, is activate the ring around his neck. This opens a shadowed portal that allows him to travel to any place he has been before or seen an accurate picture of. The portal can take as many people as he wishes and is his main mode of transport. It closes after he stops channeling the ability and there is no pathway between the two portals. On the other end, a black swirling vortex will appear and Tetsuka shall step out.

Shadow Masking:
If in darkness, Tetsuka's reitsu is masked. He cannot mask his reitsu himself unless he is coveted in shadows. Some characters will be able to detect him however. This ability keeps him from being detected at all times when at night unless he is smothered in light. This ability is also passive so he has no control over it making him appear weak almost constantly in the darkness.

Shadow Walking:
Tetsuka can blend with his shadowed surrounding, making him completely invisible when coveted in shadows. All optical abilities will struggle to notice his presence unless focused to a pin point precision on that direct spot of which then Tetsuka becomes visible like putting a chameleon on a rainbow sheet of paper.

Shadow Affinity:
Tetsuka takes reduced damage from dark, shadow, night, or anything of the sorts along the theme of darkness and shadows. This is increased when he is hidden in the shadows, become very durable against any dark based attacks and abilities.

Unchanging:
Tetsuka is immune to brainwashing techniques meaning his silver tongue ability would not work on himself. His mind also cannot be read and he can detect when somebody is attempted to mess with his mind.
