ALRIGHT. Seeing as Nagato's power level allows it and it really is nothing more then a freaking HUGE set of armor and the drawbacks it performs upon him...

I will be approving this.

Comments/Notes: Based upon the 0-2++/0-1 thread I compromised in staff thread, I'm making Nagato a 0-2++. This is based on his performance over the past year, character growth , extreme fights and seeing how he has the skillset to be so. So I'll go ahead and give him the clear for this myself.
