Notes: The reason for this upgrade is to get Arron Deoradh to a workable level. While I do like having even character skills, Arron was designed to have a even skill set. I am all for training threads and such, but in Arron's case I need him to be a even in skill tier and around tier 3 to work with. Most of his combat abilities are based on having higher tiers if the shingami racial info is anything to go by.
