Personality: Harley has a vivacious, effusive and highly expressive personality, quick to show affection for her loved ones, just as quick to anger and snap. She is a woman of extremes in all things. Her mood swings, whilst nowhere near as violent as her former or new boss, are still mercurial to the extreme. She experiences all emotions intensely and passionately. Whilst Harley seems merely zanily playful, she is absolutely insane, unpredictable and therefore highly dangerous. Her love for her boss makes her fiercely defensive and protective of him and she will go nuts in order to do so, or to defend their love to anyone who questions it. She will do whatever it takes to help his dreams come to fruition - as mentioned above, she's a highly determined and fixated woman - as well as pursue her own goals with the same fervour.

Brief History: Jenny Margera was a psychiatric intern at Corrections Asylum. A model student, in addition to receiving high grades in college, she was also a dedicated gymnast, winning a scholarship to New York City University. While researching the lunatics at Arkham, she became fascinated with one particular inmate. Ambitiously volunteering to analyze him, She pleaded with the doctors at Corrections for three months before she could treat him. After he gained her sympathy during their sessions, he seduced her, causing her to fall madly in love with him. After helping him escape from the asylum more than once Harleen was suspected by the authorities, who revoked her license and placed her in her own cell. During an earthquake in New York City, she fled and became Harley Quinn, the sidekick to the legendary criminal Slayback.

Quinn's relationship with the is one of the most complex and twisted love affairs in dark times & crimes. As with all people, Slayback is abusive and manipulative towards Harley, but just as often there's evidence of comaraderie, playfulness, and genuine affection towards her. She's the only person who's managed to become so intimate on such a long term basis with the Slayback and, while he generally accepts their relationship, we even see Slayback's occasional moments of confusion and discomfort with it result in attempts to kill her.

One time, when Slayback realized the very deeply hidden away feelings of being able to love he was beginning to recall, he sent Harley off in a rocket. She crash landed in Robinson Park in the center of New York City and was found by Kaleb Alighieri. When Harley regains consciousness, Kaleb initially plans to kill her. The prospect of her own death totally fails to move Harley, and Kaleb is curious as to why. He convinces Harley to tell her story, and comes to feel a kinship with Harley. Considering her another castoff, Kaleb offers to help Harley take her revenge on Slayback. Kaleb took her back to his dark lair in a toxic waste dump and nursed her back to health.

Basic Powers:
Superhuman Agility: In the past, Jenny's gym training made her a very skilled acrobat doing what others could or couldn't do. Jenny's ruthlessness and slow military knowledge augments her speed drastically, giving her a fast pace agility and movement to match, allowing her to keep up with enemies. Is almost like an superhuman's talent from all those years being striaght A Gym student.

Healing Powers: After the slayings of some humans, Harley actually obtained a reiatsu skill of healing. A Nerco based skill actually where her hands started glowing and then the healing process begins. Yet she isn't a master of this skill meaning her healing powers might heal minimum or medium damage to wounds.

Extreme Clown & Circus Reiatsu Attacks & Weapons: From the craziness of Slayback, Harley was able to create from her own reiatsu an assortment of weapons which she can use onto the battlefield to protect her ot her somebody. Each weapon is almost clown based from Harley's devotion to Slayback and her servitude to her new boss. The creation of these weapons
- Super Pop Gun: A Big Gun with a cork on when the Cork hits an enemy it almost feels a ton anvil just hit. The Cork Bullet is almost a like concussive punch developed into the gun. When the triggered is pull Harley focus into reiatsu into cork and then it shoots like a regular gun. However like a gun with one bullet, Harley can just use the gun once then she have to wait(3 posts) before using it again.
- Party BOP Hammer: A big red Wooden Mallet which feels like 30 hammers wrapped into one. One whack from his mallet and opponent's mind feel sluggishly meaning their brain is fucked up. The attack for the mallet hit an opponent's nervous immediately attacking sending small bomb attack to the enemy's brain. This is really Harley's signature attack this is really the first thing she learned from her reiatsu training.
