Tsukoreyu is a laid back, silent , strategic individual. His mind is constantly calculating the results and unexpecting outcomes of life. Growing up in the upper class of the Sugiura clan he tends to act in a very aristocratic manner and finds most of anything other than his ambitions boring and unpleasant. Tsukoreyu is a soft spoken, intellectual. Most of the time he cares little about conflict. In battle he acts casual and manipulating. Taking the emotions of others as play things. He has little respect for those that dont care for life and finds that is the one thing worth his attention as far as controversy.

Many of the females around the Sugiura compound have found Tsukoreyu to be attractive. Though he could show them little to no attention, finding women to be nothing more than a distraction in his goals. The boy was feared by many at a young age due to his immense spiritual pressure. He walked around causing the weaker souls some pain. This caused him to be some what of a outcast, being more feared then respected, never less he digressed. The Sugiura seemed to be wise beyond his years, constantly showing intuition on even the most secretive situations. He tolerates the presence of humans, he respects they're existence and believes they have the right to live. Though he will rarely show true emotion for them. He speaks his mind and thoughts that he believes deserves them and refuse to back down from them.

He cares deeply for those close to them and shows stronger strength when protecting them. His immense spiritual strength tends to be more pure when fighting desperately for others. Though this happens rarely due to his little acceptance of others into his heart. Tsukoreyu is strong and calculating.

Techinques:
Pull and Reject: Kyrie has granted Tsukoreyu the ability to use gravity at his will. From picking up objects and using them with touching them to reject techniques away from him. These abilities are usually used casually throughout his days. Even though they can be devastating, he uses it them mostly in day to day life to be lazy.
Gravity and Rotation Field: A Force field that uses a double ability to constantly protect Tsukoreyu, In which gravity is pushing away from his body repelling attacks,items,household products whatever may come his way. While there is a second gravitational rotation that revolves anything that pierce through the first layer; flying back towards the attacker. If he actually uses it the barrier will be temporally inactive for 2 offensive moves.
Lightning Manipulation: Stores Lightning within his world where his beast stay he can also use any electrical source, to restore this power if needed. Not only do he store this lightning he can also use what electricity is around him or bend lightning from the skies themselves. Can actually go on years without recharging as long as humans, friction or some type of build up is around. Along with such abilities he can also act as a router, rerouting any electrical current as he see fit.
Pulse Charge: Has the ability to summon or bring thunder clouds into being from the clouds above or around. This ability helps with the destruction of his opponents. As the large clouds could act as separate weapon then his own. The lighting above could strike down on his opponent at the same time he strikes down. All by applying the simple effort of electrons attracting other particles in the air. He could direct the flow of it like a conductor would his train.
Hand to Hand Combat Expert: He has train diligently in the art of hand to hand combat. Being a well rounded fighter he uses the principle of inflicting the most damage with the least amount of effort. He fights with grace and strength in the weakest of attacks
Advance Swordsman: Tsukoreyu uses his blade as if it is apart of himself. Almost like extension of his very being. Quick and sever slashes is his style. Attacking like a true assassin he tries to end every opponent with one slash from the blade.
Stealth : He moves with the precision and stealth of cat. With light touches he barely touches the ground before leaving it again. He is agile and moderately speedy.
Berserk Mode: This rarely happens but if an opponent can push Tsukoreyu buttons far enough he can go on a violent,devastating attack on everyone around him. Not caring for those that get hurt, he will unleash all his fury to destroy his opponents. His eyes glow red and his fist sprouts lightning up his arm and into the sky. This is a vicious sight even for the most seasoned of fighter. His gravitational field with bring objects from far around and drop them to the ground like meteors from the sky. This form lasts for 10 posts and if not stop before the time limit his body suffers deteriorating drawbacks from the over use of his abilities. He needs time to heal. Noticing how weak he is afterwards he has subcutaneously developed an earth like tome with layer ontop of layers of earth pressurize by immense gravity to protect himself from anyone outside. He can't communicate with anything or anyone while inside. It takes 4 - 6 posts depending on how long he was in berserk mode to complete his heal.
Zero Gravi: As a defense tactic when he is inside his inner world he falls into a sleep, in which gravity is erase around him to insure his safety. He had no sense of whats going on around him, but no one has ever been able to reach him, due to they began to float around as soon as their in a hundred feet ratios. This tactic can also be use in battle even though its rarely seen.
GraviTel : Using strong Gravity he immobilizes the enemy keeping them from attack or moving. It slams them to the ground keeping them there. Everyone will and mind state is different as they realize that their being held down by someone stronger, if your not mentally prepared to take on such a force, which generally happens, you have already been beating.


Magic:

• Shuufuku: A healing spell that heals wounds and restores damaged objects. It first creates a weak barrier around the object or person, and then restoring Reiatsu is funeled into the barrier
  
• Musou: A technique to highten the body of the user. Pumping Reiatsu into the muscles, they get faster, react better and stronger, but give up capabilities with magic casting at the same time. Lasts for about 20 minutes.
  
• Kyuusaisha: is a technique that utilizes calling on the help of another sugiura, when in their respective area they can create a small telekinetic message throughout the area to one specific Sugiura to go to their aid if they are being ganged up on or even in a very horrible and unlikely situation. Depending on the Reaitsu Level and tier. they can send more messages. This can be used without a Sacred or with a sacred to call on more help.
  
• Boundary field of distortion: This creates a spiritual essence around the user, the essence is like a calming wind, but it contains very dissonant and powerful energy, that can burn the opponent or cause massive circulatory shock, within their form. it surrounds the user's body in a barrier field, of magic. in which any time they should try to strike, the attack or damage inflicted on the user, is then countered, inflicting damage onto them. it only last's for a few, and takes no use of reaitsu, as the aura is mysterious, it only takes a calm mind,. the field, reaches to about 10 meters of the being, if the opponent can fire off long ranged attacks, and catch them off guard, the barrier is rendered useless.
  
• Piercing Light: Sends out a single ray, similliar looking to light, but moving slower so that the movement can actually be seen. This move is ment to pierce a small area, perfect for pin-point attacks, but can't cause large damage. It requires high accuracy and/or concentration to use this effectively, instead of high Reiatsu like other spells.

Kyrie is a humanoid sacred beast. Unlike most sacreds she possess unusual powers. In the fact that the two powers she has almost has nothing to do with one another. Possessing both Lighting and Gravity she devastates her opponents by crushing there bones and obliterating them with lightning strikes from the strongest clouds. Her original form is that of a white tiger like beast, but she has developed the ability to shift into that of red haired beauty. Sometimes being mistaken for a human by other sacreds. Kyrie uses this as a tactic to destroy others in her wake. She's moderately strong but her unique abilities tend to give her the advantage over her opponents. With gravity she has the capabilities to pull and reject objects around her, lightning is her main offensive abilities. Striking horrific blades of energy from the clouds and piercing her enemy. This is truly one complex sacred and the partner of this creature is sure to be one to watch out for.

Joushou:("Ascending") Kyrie grants him the power to release lightning from every and any part of his body in which it could be used as a defense or attack. Much like a contained electric field if attack he can release strong lightning from his body. Like a power generate inside he contains his own core system, allowing him to send electricity from his hands in sorta attacks. He also gain an immense speed boost from the sudden burst of contain energy. Being able to move at lightspeed for short distances.

Gravitella Rupture: He fires a dark marble size pearl towards his opponent that once touches something engulf and crushes it down to size. With intense pressure inside anything caught in it will obtain crushed bones. Depending on how strong the opponent is, the chances of being completely crushed is limitless. This attack could take anything from a simple limb or the person whole body, Very rare for someone to walk away with no damage due to the strong pulling effect it cause. As if it was a wormhole constantly swallowing everything in its range.


Zenou: ("Almighty") A major increase in speed lightning fast, almost believe to compare to yorouchi, herself even though its highly doubtful, to those who seen her in action. Lightning is constantly being released from his body and feed to the sky, as the clouds themselves seem to gather, around the battlefield just for him. He suddenly gains a regeneration power for which can be seen in use as even cuts are healed by the lightning surrounding him.

GravitoStarvation: Gravity through out a wide range is at his very will with no more then a simple partial view of his opponent. Even stranded in the air as if their pend down to an invisible wall.

Wild Fury: In this form he gains the ability to send lighting from the lower atmosphere down on his opponent. It noticeably stronger than lighting from the clouds and much larger. One strike from these and any opponent will be ashes. Tier based. Depending on the rank of their tier the damage can be deadly. Depending on this very scale of tiers the heat from the lightning could spread throughout the opponent body and disintegrate them from the inside out, or it could simple leave a flaming scare that will eventually heal but severely burn during the process.


Kyuu Kyou:("Ultimate") The final stage of a Sugiura's power. This is 100% of their power, and their soul. Their abilities are increased substantially, and most of the time Kyuu Kyou is forbidden to be released. Few have mastered it, for it is so taxing to release it. It is manifested as the true form of one's soul.

Past & Roleplay Sample

Character Background:

No one knew where he came from he kinda just stumbled into the sugiura lands, even though it seemed as if he was street trash. He was taken in by a young couple of royalty best friends Ms. Shimura Sugiura and her husband. Tsukoreyu lived a very rich and healthy life style, in which he studied constantly and train for days on end. Tsukoreyu was traveling along when and slept in his favorite spot in the world, where he could travel anywhere he put his mind too. One day while he was relaxing, he could hear something crunching, in a near by cave. Curious he slowly approaches the cave. He knew he shouldn't be there but his curiosity was getting the best of him as it so often did. Finally creeping up to the entrance of the cave, he peered into the dark moist hole under the waterfall. To his surprise it was a girl a very attractive girl at that, Tsukoreyu began to glow in the face. She spots him, and flirts with him never mind the age difference they may have been, that clearly showed seeing that she looked like a teen model and he looked as if he belong in middle school. Tsukoreyu asked her about the crunching sound, and she had a pile of apples laid on the floor. Shrugging her shoulders as if she didn't a clue what he was referring too, Letting it go and walking away as if he was playing it cool.
The next day he returned hoping too see her again there was no sign that she was ever there, taking a deep breathe in disappointment he started to walk away and then something hard thumps on top of his head, sore from the blow he rubs his head and look up to investigate. He saw nothing but as he looked down he watch an half eating apple roll down, not thinking and making a connection between the girl and the apple he spotted a pair of feet. He began working his way up from the feet to the top seeing long legs,and a nice looking body that of a models. He began to smile thinking this had to be her. But it was his best friend, that stood in front of him. Wondering what was he doing out here. What seemed like centuries to him, which was actually a few years past and he came out there to visit faithfully.
As he grew older he gave up seeing her and only came there to do as he always did. Sitting up on top of a waterfall he pulled a apple out his pocket and it drop to the ground, as he went to pick it up it seemed impossible. He stands up straight, "Are you going to let go of my apple, cause if you think your going to have it I'm Sorry." Kyrie was looking up at him from the ground, Tsukoreyu looked at her as if he was disgusted by the very sight of her. As he stood there the apple began to float upward, Tsukoreyu put his hand on the hilt of his sword. The apple stops in its place, Tsukoreyu jumps down from the waterfall and charges her drawing his blade. Kyrie jumps back startled by the young man charge, she bumps into something big that creates a shadow over her. Tsukoreyu grabs her hand and slings her back towards him, and jumps into the air for an attack. None the less his attack was to no avail Kyrie runs to his aid. As the battle goes on they defend each other attempting to protect each other, not knowing that she was not using her real power.Using his magic Musou, Tsukoreyu finally diffuses the situation with a final blow from his sword. Beat up and tired Tsukoreyu knells on one knee holding his head down, while panting. Kyrie walks up to him placing her hand on his shoulder and smiling. Glowing Tsukoreyu began too feel a lot more better, as his injures began to heal up rather quickly. Kyrie tells him "No matter what you decide i know whatever it may be you want quit till you get it." "Watching you grow up tells me a lot about your character." "Do you accept?"
Tsukoreyu looks up at her and stands up, pulling his blade out the ground and placing it up. "What i have plan is a road that i rather walk alone, it is a path that i cant allow you to go with me on."As he turn his back on her she grabs him, "If you leave me tsukoreyu you will always feel that empty feeling in your heart, Are you willing to go on through time like this?" Tsukoreyu stopped in his tracks as soon as she grabbed him, and listen what she had to say. After wards he looks to the sky, and takes in a deep breathe. "I love tigers and katanas."And begins to walk off, as if she doesn't matter to him knowing that when she merged with him he felt whole and a gang of warm emotions that she never had before."My power, strength and support will allow to do anything you put your mind too."

Since then Tsukoreyu has ran away from home, and a reward for his return has been issued by his parents that took him in. He started going by cloud ad quickly made his name for himself as he battle and studying under some of the most powerful warriors.But as years past his parents became old and so he decide to go back home and see them on before his birthday and he becomes 7984. Yeah that would be the perfect gift for his parents he had to apologize and be there for them, before they moved on.

Overall I like what you have done with this character and he seems interesting, the ideas for powers and everything seem rather unique and nice; however you are going to need to describe things more than just 'tier based'. But as I said, nice ideas.

The fastest people on the site aren't even that fast to be able to 'be hit just by mere presence'. It is a rule that nobody can be faster than Shadin and as fast as yorouchi is some cases. Also I would consider rephrasing the no gravity ability. That is... a very very big case and can effect the battle majorly. So you would need some kind of ramification to backfire or maybe even a way to stop it.

Same with the making gravity higher.

Give me a yell once these are done and I'll re check it.
