Headshot: He always aims for the head whenever he wants to stab or shoot someone.But he prefers a knife and a sniper to headshot.He likes to target at the head because it might be the best instant kill for them.

On his true appearance, He has the same blue hair but a little bit darker and a purple eyes.He wears dark blue shirt with a long collar, covering his neck.His shirt doesnt have any sleeves to cover his arms..He also wears a blue, long pants with a black belt on his left leg.His shoes were black and also wears a black socks.He had his neko ears and neko tail revealed after he had shown his true appearance.His staff was hidden on his back.

Normal Appearance:
On his normal appearance, he has a blue hair and a
crystal blue eyes and a white, long coat.He wears to black belts on his
left arm near his shoulder and another black belt around his waist.He
also wears a long black pants and a black boots, covering his socks.He
wears a black shoes as well, wearing blue socks.He also holds a staff
that controls water.He had his neko ears hidden in his hair and neko
tail hidden in his coat, that was unable to be seen in his normal
appearance.

Beginner Techniques:

Headshot - Can be used if using sniper or knife.Its accuracy is 100% accurate.Able to do a headshot in just one shot and just a single stab on the head.If with a sniper, its 100% accurate to get a shot on the head, but if with a knife, it might only 80% accurate to get stabbed on the head.Can be used anytime and has different kinds of range.This technique is his favourite but only uses it once every 2 week because there is a limit on himself.

Adept Techniques:

Curse Number 666 - He would able to take out any kinds of paper and writes down the number "666".Then sticks it on the enemy's forehead with any types of gum.It cannot be taken off once being stick onto their forehead.The enemy will be cursed for 1 post.It can be used twice a week.

Curse Number 999 - A Better, longer and stronger curse than his "Curse Number 666".Just write down the number "999" on a special paper, then sticks on the enemy's forehead with a super glue.It cannot be taken off once being stick on their forehead.The enemy will be cursed for 2 post, including an accident and got crashed by a car and also got shot by a shotgun.

Advanced Techniques:

Curse Doll - The curse doesnt effects any Sugiuras'.It only curse those who holds it except for Sugiuras'.It might look cute and beautiful but its cursed.It can curse someone for 3 post.It includes fear in their soul and would let them go berserk after 3 post were done.Berserk only last 1 post

Master Techniques:

Mixed up Curse - It mix up the curse number "666", the curse number "999" and the curse doll.After mixing it, it curse/effects everyone including Sugiuras' as well.It doesnt curse/effects the user only.It curse those who holds it for 4 post including anything possible that brings fear in their soul and lets them go berserk for 2 post.

Beginner Magic:

Waterball - Crystal would make a waterball on each of his hands, then throws it to the enemy.The waterball would then explodes like a grenade.It only deals minor damage.It has no range.It only depends how far he throws the waterball.

Rain - Crystal would summon out the rain and changes to weather.It heals only small wounds.It increases crystal's strength,speed and durability only.The enemy's speed decreases a little bit because the ground was slippery.

Adept Magic:

Water Wave - He summons out a water wave by stomping the ground hard.The water wave's range is 100 meters away.The water wave would turn back into a pool of water after arrived 100 meters.It deals no damage.If the enemy makes full contact with the water wave, the enemy would go into the water and will come out after 100 meters.If it makes half contact, it only drags to enemy to 50 meters away.If small contact, it only drags the enemy for 10 meters.It can be used as a transport for crystal.

Flood - It needs a large amount of Reiatsu to make the entire town to flood with water.It doesnt give any damage to anyone.It only floods the entire town.It has no range.The flood will be 3 feet tall.

Advanced Magic:

Water Tornado - He would spin his sacred weapon around like a circle while holding it up, the water tornado would be summoned and spins around crystal after a few seconds later.The water tornado would covers the entire area within 200 meters wide.Sucks them into the tornado that was 30 meters away from the tornado.It deals a moderate damage for those who were sucked into the tornado.

Master Magic:

Tsunami - To summon a tsunami, it needs all of crystal's reiatsu to summon it.After summoning it, a tsunami will destroy the entire town quickly.Anyone that got caught in the tsunami deals a fatal wound once.The tsunami effects wear off after a few minutes later.It can be used once every 2 weeks.It has no range and it destroys everything that stands it its path.It also damage himself if he summons it.

Water Nuke - Crystal must first needs a large amount of reiatsu to make a nuke made of water, it explodes the entire area within 200 meters wide.It deals a fatal damage to a single people that makes full contact with it first.And all others that made full contact with the explosion only deals a moderate damage.Those who made half contact or small contact only has minor damage.

Personality:
She is shy, respectful and very kind.She usually doesnt like to interrupt Crystal but she was force to interrupt when it is an emergency.She always respect Crystal like her master.She is also very polite with crystal whenever she sees him.She often avoids crystal whenever crystal gets near her.And usually she gets near crystal but he would avoid her.

Info About the Sacred Unleashed appearance for the Kyuu Kyou: The appearance was a red version of the staff, but the staff still consist water elements inside.It doesnt consist any fire elements.

Alter Appearance:

Crystal has a long, white hair.His face was little bit similiar to his original appearance.His eyes were red colours..He wears blue shirt, and a shirt with a black colour in the blue shirt, and another white shirt inside the black shirt with his top was unbuttoned.He wears black, long pants.His shoes were black colour.His staff is hidden and able to summon it by waving his left hand.He also had a collar on his neck.He had his neko ears and tails hidden because he doesnt want to reveal it in his alter form.

Alter Personality:

Quiet but Aggressive:
Even though crystal might be still a quiet person in his alter form but he goes aggressive in battle.His face shows an anger in him.His strength was great enough when he was in his aggressive personality.

High Intelligence:
He has the same intelligence as his previous one but his intelligence were higher than before.His intelligence level is now 1000+.He was able to get an idea in a second.

No Mercy:
His original personality have mercy but in his alter form, he has no mercy on anyone.He stomps on them and shoots them on the head wihout a single mercy.He wont forgive anyone even if they beg for god or even bowing down.

Mind Reader:
His mind reading is now even more skillful than his previous one.He was able to tell what they are thinking wihout even looking what they are doing.He was able to read their minds as well.He can stop reading minds whenever he wants to stop.

Emotionless:
He had no emotions after he is in his alter form.He doesnt even smile or anything.All he can do is an angry expression and voice.He cant do any sad face or anything that needs emotion to do it.When he say "Yes", he would nod.If he says "No", he would shake his head left and right.

Alter Powers:

Water Dragon - He can summon a water dragon and can order the dragon to attack the enemy.It deals a fatal damage and it has no range.It only depends on how far the enemy is.It only can be used once every 2 weeks.

Past & Roleplay Sample

Character Background: Crystal's past was known a little bit only.He was borned with water element.His mother and father is also a sugiura.But one day, they were killed by hollows and he was adopted by a man.The hollow was also eliminated by a man when he was founded and being adopted.When he grew up, he has been living with a man and he always calls him, "Father", Because crystal doesnt know anything about his previous parents and he thought that the man was his real father.The man name was "Hyamazalui Hyakonzu", but when he heard that name, crystal calls him "Hyama" as a shortcut and easy to say.He doesnt have any mother at all and always live with his father.He also needs a training with his father to become stronger and better in magic.

After a few years later, Crystal realise that there is a guardian beast in him.He doesnt know yet who is the guardian beast.He hold his staff and concentrate.After he went into his guardian beast's inner world, it was a female.She called herself, "Blue".It was a good name.He decided to be friends with his guardian beast.He sees that his guardian beast is shy.He smiled and thinks that she is cute though.He decided to ask her that what is his element.His guardian beast said that his element is water and her element is water too.She said that both of them is water element because she is his guardian beast and they both have same elements.Crystal then knew what element he is now and started to train with his father.

After 3,300 years of training, he finally have some of his abilities achieved and some of the forms achieved as well.He started his journey after the training.His father shouted at him, asking him to bring a map and some supplies for his journey alone.So, he went and get some supplies and a map.After getting these items, he goes walking to the forest.He then encounter some hollows, when he sees the hollows, he had a flashback when he was a baby that time.He kneeled down, closing his eyes and his flashbacks keep bringing him back to the past.He didnt see his real father and mother but he sees that a man adopted him and became his father.The hollow would then attack crystal, before the hollow could attack him, he would summon a waterball and explodes in front of the hollow mask, cracking the mask and explodes its head.

The male then stands up, smiling.He would shake his head first.Thinking that he should continue his journey.He then stand up and continue walking until he is far away from his town.

The Copy Cat ability is a big no-no since we don't allow ability copying no matter what. The Curse Numbers seems to be a bit random... and a bit weird + out of details. I'll get on to the rest after actually going through the whole thing afterwards.
