Colt was pissed.

When he'd found out about her plans, he didn't disagree with her. Honestly he was just quiet, which was strange for him. It actually took her a few days to realize that he wasn't happy with her. Truth be told, she never did understand his sensibilities when it came to good and bad.

Was this a turn for the bad? Was she being selfish instead of helpful?

She sighed softly as she walked down the length of the beach, making her way away from the resort proper as she made her way through the outskirts of the resort. She'd been doing her own snooping around for some time now. Of course knowing that 'Safira' was keeping an eye on her, she was oddly relaxed. You'd think she'd be anxious knowing there were eyes on her. But somehow that was comforting in a way. She wouldn't have to worry about letting her guard down, she supposed, nif she knew she was being surveilled.

She paused for a moment and looked across the length of the beach and tilted her head a bit as she let her eyes close. Reaching out with her reikaku as she let the silence on the beach calm her. Feeling the gentle tickle of weak, normal souls in the distance, but in her immediate surroundings? She was, at least currently, all alone.

But after a frw moments, something more substantial clicked in her head and she tilted her head to the side. A spiritual pressure bigger than the normal human. One of Safira's ilk? She didn't meet any directly, but she had sensed some she imagined probably worked for her. Was this one of them? She considered just ignoring it, but well.

She didn't wind up in this situation by minding her own business. After a few seconds, she turned and started making her way down the beach toward that spiritual pressure.

CLOSED FIST, OPEN MIND

Water lapped at the man's ankles, a longing stare guiding him towards the ocean. Gaoh stood still, the sun's rays rolling with the waves as it dipped closer to the horizon. Another beautiful day on the beach, but lazing about only did so much - and the arrancar was beginning to get restless. Another day or two, tops. If not tonight, but the sunset was always worth it. In life, in death, wherever he went; the sunset was always worth it.

Gaoh's frame was dressed lightly, a pair of shorts salvaged into swim trunks and naught else. The stigma that patterned his ski glittered in the glowering light, a low breath as he turned. Both hands secured in their respective pocket, he'd step away from the water, back towards the land. Not so distant, a woman approached, her gaze locked to him. A raised eyebrow in turn as the man's shoulders slid back, tightening against his frame. From this distance, he could feel it coming off of her. Some kind of spiritual ability.

Maybe the beach wasn't just going to be lazing about.

"Can I help you?" he'd half question, half shout, a crooked grin across his face. "Or do I know you from somewhere?"

"Just passing by. Not often an arrancar is just idling about. Even if there are a few more around here than normal. Something got your attention?" She asked with a calm smile and a slight tilt to her head as she stopped a short distance away from him. Not even a shred of indication that just moments before she'd been troubled by anything of her own. She intended to come off as relaxed. No reason to get an arrancar all rankled up just because she was having a poor evening.

Besides. There was a chance this was one of Safira's lot. And she was always keen on learning a bit more about them if the opportunity presented itself.

Looking out to the horizon, she was a bit surprised that there was nothing out there. As if the guy really WAS just looking at the sunset. Then again, she'd heard that Hueco Mundo didn't even have a sun, much less water. Perhaps stuff like this really got arrancar's attention.
