Re: Psych eval (Stella/Emil)

Stella listened to the man as dhe tried to take his words to heart. She shouldn't try to capture the shinigami on her own and that made sense to her. She had lost her battle with her pretty badly and had been hospitalized for it. Although Stella isn't sure how much of it was the bodily injuries keeping her in the hospital or If it wad the inner turmoil the red head was obviously going through.
Hearing the man ask her if there was anything else she immediately nod her head. Trying to figure out how to properly word what she was going to ask. a part of her wondered if her mental health was like her physical and could be actively trained upon without stressing her out. Wanting to see this she'd ask after a few moments of hesitation.
"Are there any mental exercises I could do to help myself?"

Emil Holsen
"Ah, yes. I was about to address that before departing for the day," A smile was made to grow on his face.
Good, she appeared to be stable, reasonable, and receptive to treatment. That will make recovery come along smoothly; she'll be in working order and back to serving the Vandenreich in no time at all. From his satchel, he would present to her two different notebooks - quite feminine with cute designs, one pink and one orange. Both of them had locks with assigned keys.
"I wished for you to keep a diary and record your private thoughts in a note; it will help with unpacking your thoughts and even in alleviating your nightmares. It's harder to be afraid of something you've grown familiar with, yes? Though... I wasn't certain which one you'd like more, or if you would like both of them. I prefer my patients having the opportunity of choice, you know?"
Whatever she'd choose, he would go on with the rest of his expression, "Keep practicing that breathing technique if you feel your body seizing, use grounding techniques - such as, pointing out objects in the room with you, or consuming food and drinks. Anything that centers you, I recommend trying things and go along with what you believe works best. As for your further treatment, I have asked the medical staff to keep an eye on you; I will come by to visit you two more times before your dismissal to check on your recovery. If you have any questions or concerns, here's my card."
Handing a business card to her that read "Emil Holsen" alongside his practice information alongside contact, he'd nod. If there was no further concerns, he would begin to make his leave.

Stella would think about the choice for a minute. She thought that this guy was much more pleasant than she had been expecting. She guessed he probably did this with several patients and he seemed very good at it. As she would take the orange notebook in her hands gently and begin to unlock it so she can start to write. Figuring this may be able to help her now rather than later. No point in waiting in her mind.
"I'll make sure to do the breathing, and I'm going to start writing now."
As she leaned forward and did in fact begin to write her feelings. Taking the card when it was extended to her, and moving to continue wtiting. As she slowly began to get absorbed into the writing she was paying less attention to her surroundings. However, she would notice him begin to leave as she speaks out to him. S
"Thank you Dr. Emil. I'll keep.in touch with you."
