I could individually break down each of these threads but it would likely become quite repetitive, so instead I will just offer a general overview. I think Moe has built up a little bit of a reputation for picking fights against tough opponents and pushing herself to the limit to try and surpass her current ceiling. Sometimes she has overreached and been clearly outmatched, other times it has led to tougher opponents having to take her more seriously than they had perhaps intended, and it has occasionally resulted in victory or prolonged a certain defeat for a little longer than expected.

It has taken a while, and Moe has been on the receiving end of countless beatings, but I think she has done enough to warrant that rubber band of potential stretching wider than it currently can manage so that is why I have focused this upgrade on her SC rather than any particular ability.

» In-Character Summary: I suppose these could be updated a little. Moe has grown somewhat in the power department and, whilst still only a member of the 4th Division, she has made a few friends/allies/fight pals over the past year. If you asked Moe herself, she would say that Captain Kanae is one of her BFFs and they are totally going to hang out sometime soon once their calendars line up. In reality, she has done enough to occasionally earn her Captain's attention without also earning her disdain - which is an achievement in itself really.
