CHARACTER OF THE SEASON
I. What's OTS?
Here, we go back over the last three months and pick out different finalists to discern who was the best of the season in certain categories. These nominations, in particular, are for the months of March, April, and May.
This particular OTS category is for the Character of the Season. Nominate the character that you think had the most impact, saw the most growth, had the best interactions, or just in general that you think was the best for the season.
II. OTS Rules
1. Each member can only submit one nomination per category, so think hard on it.
2. Make sure you name the actual members relevant to your nomination.
3. Please include a link to your nomination.
4. DO NOT NOMINATE YOURSELF.

While she was nominated for Application of the Season in the first quarter of OTS, I feel like lately, Kanae has been putting in a lot of work. She's been working to slowly enact her plans through interaction with the Duvalier, attempted assassination of a Gotei Captain, all the while trying to keep up appearances as the reformed prisoner. Despite her prior nomination, I feel that her activity warrants this.

You know it's gotta be Safira this quarter, dog. She's out here causing problems like nobody's business, she lives for it. I think she's been consistently building herself up as a genuine problem on the site while staying in the shadows (relatively speaking), and it's been entertaining to see.

While this might be a little biased considering how many threads I have with the character, I genuinely enjoy the beauty in simplicity with her. So far, she's displayed this single-minded goal of taking down the Duvalier, no matter how preposterous the idea itself may sound, and just wandering around trying to do stuff in a quirky fashion. It's fun. It's entertaining. It's comical. She'll probably be having a fun impact on one of my top dogs in the future, so there's that too. I sincerely hope things work out for her and she ends up living a live she can be happy with.
