Teaching Teachers Teaching [Hyosuke/Hannah]

Hyosuke nodded as Hannah pointed out what was, well, fairly obvious but elected not to say anything in reproach of the point. Instead he would simply fall into step alongside the svelte, tall woman. It was an odd sort of refreshing, or novelty, to be speaking to a woman nearly his own height. Between turtle-chan, Chihiro and other females around Soul Society even he had begun to feel like a giant on some level. Nonetheless as Hannah did no small amount of factual bragging about her control and abilities Hyosuke gave a small, pleased smile.

"Wonderful. I am glad to see you live up to most of your rumors."

Once the two were in the training grounds Hyosuke would lace his hands behind his back, settling into a more formal and prepared mindset as it had been, well, quite a long time since he had last taken orders from anyone. Even if he were here taking those orders of his own volition Hannah was, at least, not only a bit abrasive but also uniquely refreshing on several levels.

"All the rumors" Hannah would correct, a sultry grin breaking out for a few seconds before she recovered her demurity and headed into the training ground.

"Adamant Kiss" she'd incant, spawning a 40 foot dome that nudged the other trainees out of the way and left them isolated. "Kyomon no Yoroi" was the second incantation, cladding her in what looked to be some semi-visible, mirrored armour.

"Now, I need you to shoot me. It will help me get a grasp of where you are, power-wise. And then I can move from there"

Hyosuke resisted the urge to roll his eye as Hannah made a point to flirt with him in return now, not that he did not appreciate the gesture, as Hannah was a beautiful woman, but given what she had stated these other 'rumors' were he did not feel like explaining to her he was never the one to be tied up. He was the one who did the tying. Never mind that he expressly avoided sullying teacher/student relationships with something as sticky as romance or lust, even as the student, so he simply shook his head and let the correction slide by unaddressed as Hannah set to her incantations.

After Hannah had made her preparations Hyosuke decided that for this demonstration it would not do to be restrained. Gently removing his eyepatch his energy would flood forth in a powerful deluge. With his left hand grasping the eyepatch his right would extend towards Hannah's armored form and he would nod.

"As you wish."

Extending a hand towards Hannah Hyosuke's palm would begin to crackle with electrical energy as he hissed and levied the energy at Hannah, heady with energy, as he fired the bolt of lightning at Hannah Hyosuke would then further empower the Kido by incanting it's name after firing it.

"Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle! Hadō #63. Raikōhō"

A powerful lance of energy would vibrate the very air between Hyosuke and Hannah, crackling and roaring as it lanced at Hannah with as much power as Hyosuke could put into the after-incantation.

A Raikoho? That was a little boring. Surely he could stretch to something bigger, like Stalking Shriek Shot, or even Hyoga Seiran. He had no lack of power, and his grasp of Kido was excellent. From the few moments with the Kido unincanted, her Reikaku could note minimal power loss, indicative of a man at the nominal peak of Kido capabilities.

He just must lack imagination or creativity then. Which was a shame, but something he could grow out of in time, maybe.

"Enge Kūsho"

Hannah would flick her fingers and spawn what looked to be a Danku in front of her. Only, the Kido seemed to fall nto the Danku and be consumed, rather than explode against it.

"Excellent showcasing, Hyosuke. My advice is actually singular and simple" she would tell him, giving him a proud nod. "Stop looking for a teacher. You are as good as you will ever be at Kido, you sit at the apex of power and skill. The only thing you have to do now, is to refine your own understanding of it. Of what Kido is, and what your Spiritual Energy can do for you. This is nothing that can be taught, like your own tastes and feelings can not be told by another. Only you will succeed or fail in this"
