Off the job Matsu's personality is like that of a young woman, but this young woman can be perverse. However, in sharp contrast to her high intellect, Matsu is very perverse, often using her resources to peep on people and often tries to "experiment" One of her favorite hobbies is watching the mayhem everyone cause every day. She often refers to herself as the 'Wisdom' Shinigami.

- On The Job -

Matsu has genius-level computer and hacking skills, and utilizes a vast network of satellites and spying devices to gather large amounts of information. Matsu's primary role is as 0 Division's unofficial strategist, rarely venturing outside of her own work area and using her vast network of information to aid 0 Division.

Name: The Cyber Brain
Info: This is a surgery to convert almost any race's brain to be compatible with any of Phatomtech's abilities or parts used in Cybermind's Store. As well, before anyone emplanted this into her at all she took it back to her own place in order to modify it and make it better, she has so many defenses so that her Cyber Brain won't be hacked that if you try and hack it, it will automatically back hack the person trying to hack her's and make the person trying to hack her to the extent that if she takes enough time she can try and make them self destruct, shut down, etc. That is only if that other person has a Cyber Brain, other then that they just wouldn't be able to even bypass the first wall of her defenses.

Name: Cyber Eye Model 2000
Info: It's the same as the previous model expect now The Eye can now decode computer information and translate it, Flare suppressors react instantly to bright flashes of light. Blinding effects produced by bright lights have no harmful or debilitating effect on the recipient. It can also scan for spiritual pressure in a 10 mile radius. As an added bonus, you can also perceive how strong a being is (if they are not cloaked or hiding their spiritual pressure) by a color system. If the person has a blue glow around them that means their reitsu is low (So if your in battle this will be useful to see how much of your opponent's reitsu has been drained), if it's green that means it's moderate, yellow means that it's strong and red is dangerously strong. It can also be adjusted to where it can read your body's overall strength and adjust these color systems to see who is weaker then you or stronger.

Shikai Description: (Your character or your sword's new appearance)

Shikai Abilities:
After Matsu releases her shikai her sword doesn't change but it does summon something above her, 200 miles in the sky, it hovers above her constantly and this is the true form of her shikai, it is able to summon out nano bots that have camera's on them so that she can see everything that she wants to be able to see, most of the time you can feel her spiritual pressure because she has this in almost a constant release all day, she trained herself to be able to keep her shikai active the entire day and not stop it, the only time she doesn't have it on is when she sleeps and even then she wants to try and train herself to keep it constantly active, so far she hasn't been able to do that.

U~otchā (ウォッチャー; Watchers) When summoning her Shikai nano bots are released from the satellite with using the processing power of her overly developed Cyber Brain she is able to watch every single satellite at the same time as well as use her own eyes and ears and the satellite.

Aporo no ya (アポロの矢; Apollo's Arrow) By positioning a circle with both of his hands he puts it over the position that she wants to attack, almost like a target after waiting for a couple seconds for the satellite above her. This comes down exactly where she places her hands over with the 'plastering' the target somewhere, she has pin point accuracy with this attack and with this attack it is as strong as a Gran Rey Cero, the blast isn't able to be felt until it gets below the clouds above.

Subete no mōdōken (すべての盲導犬; All Seeing Eye) Using any of the cameras or her own eyes or even the satellite, she is able to see people's abilities, using the cameras she is able to analyze the abilities of other people and then make it so that she understands the abilities of that person, basically making it so that she is able to understand there powers, and their weaknesses.
