Saera Rules Update

» Upgrading: Weapon Skill/Martial Skill

» Why: With the change to the skill sheet necessitating the moving over to martial skill in general, and the new rules as far as grading skills goes with new apps, I'd like to ask that Saera's Martial skill be upgraded to Advanced based on her backstory and intended vision. Before ever becoming a shinigami Saera spent more than two centuries training in martial arts, and it's meant to be an integral part of her character, so I believe it makes sense that her Martial skill would be above her other skills, and at a high skill level in general.

[adm]I'll allow an upgrade to Advanced, as Saera does have a fairly impressive handle on martial ability, and I think you actually convey that remarkably well in her application. Elite is a bit too far off, just based on what's written out, given it seems she's very orthodox in her knowledge. I don't think Elite would be difficult to achieve for her at all, but it seems that a good deal of her knowledge is more practiced and theoretical than necessarily hands-on.[/adm]
