As shown in the thread, Elyss, while punching a tree relieving stress has a memory of her time while alive as a human of herself doing the same thing but with a dummy. In this memory, she recalls herself punching the dummy with much more efficiency then than now with how she is punching the tree. With this memory in her head playing through, she begins copying her moves from then gaining more precision and speed in her strikes as her muscles begin remembering the basic techniques she learned back then to improve her strike potency. Now, she has the knowledge of these techniques in her head while also remembering a bit of why she even knows how to fight in the first place making her, overall, a better fighter now. Her ability to prosecute herself has sped up and become more efficient.

Afterwards, she takes a soothing bath that involves the use of a special herb that causes her body to start recovering faster and strengthening her a bit to resist against future injuries. She even continues doing her job of protecting the Tavern by using other parts of her body such as her legs showing her adaptability.
