Ulv was in the Seireitei on some chores, and then decided to look in on Yoriko while she was here. Girl was a Cultivator now, after all, and she couldn't rely on the Bird to teach her anything, he was neglecting his Tai Chi to a point that his Dantian shrived into nothing. Not that it was a great loss, he'd have to be Yamamoto's age to pass the Silver Realm with his heritage. And so an Ulv landed next to Yoriko without much fanfare or previous explanation of the landing. Just poof, and there was an Ulv.

"Hey Yoriko~ Heard you have been slacking a bit of your Hakuda training. So I thought I'd come see you and teach you a bit of my own stuff with some hands on practical. Make sure you are ready if you accept this because it isn't something that will be done easily or quickly" Ulv gave her a grin, and hopped lightly on the spot, waiting for Yoriko's reply. It could be positive or negative, Ulv didn't really mind. Hoping on the spot was always a good exercise to do regardless of what situation there was.

Ulv! Without any warning the vizard would soon be flunged into the young ninja girl's embrace with a smile, a bit of her face would be in her somewhat "small" chest only to let her go and horribly attempt to flex her muscles though in honestly they were more like noodles but she didn't care as long as she was gaining progress!

How have you been? The girl asked excitedly only for her expression changed from happiness to dissapointment as she heard Ulv comment about her procrastination when it came to her Hakuda and she wanted to reassure the girl that she wasn't being lazy in fact the opposite. I've been training by myself for awhile and the results were pleasing for the most part. Well..in my mind it felt wonderful. A-Anyways I would love to go train with you.

But first she would then extend both her arms out and show her hands she could even remember how it felt...The water enveloped her as closely as her own skin. Every new sore she made was then rubbed with the salt being washed in, since it is the only way to avoid infection. She would wince as it swirls without mercy, penetrating to the cells that should be protected by smooth skin but lie open and raw. Then Yoriko would remove a slight part of of her shihakshou to show Ulv a bit of her back, and it would show a few cuts and scars some managed to thankfully heal while others were still freshly new.

However it didn't bother the female after all training comes from pain.

Yoriko looked at Ulv as she observed her wounds carefully, she expected her to be glad that the girl was taking initiative and actually working her body to the brink of exhaustion but it was the opposite. Her face showed both dissapointment and a bit of anger but considering she was still a rookie it was probably something she was used to seeing, also she was training with herself.

She thought back to her training with the rocks, initially she wanted to improve her body’s durability by smashing against a few rocks here and there and occasionally testing her strength by punching them. But after hearing her words of advice she was right once again..after all the body has to be gradually worked until it got adjusted similar to that of someone benchpressing, an average individual could probably only lift 50lbs of weight and if they we're trying to achieve bulk they would work with the initial 50 train with that for a few weeks until it became easy then add an additional five or ten and continue on from there.

Yoriko looked in both horror and amazement as Ulv demonstrated a simple palm-strike but the sheer amount of force, power, and speed was enough to make her skin crawl and the look on her face meant that she wasn’t playing around and the results of executing this efficiently would leave to devastating results to your opponent. Only to ralize a sharp pain in her chest causing her to cough as the wind was knocked out of her system she could only respoice shaking a bit with fear followed by nodding. Also the little ecture she gave about fist not being just a gesture used to punch someone but rather a more complicated yet impactful way was immediately buried into her mind as she just witnessed first hand.

The blow was deadly and painful but it didn't kill her thankfully however that was nothing, besides what she knows about Ulv though small it was obvious she was suppressing her true power otherwise her blood including body parts would be splattered against a wall, hell her brain most likely wouldn't be able to process it in time.

"Okay Ulv. the girl would then take a few seconds to recover as her lungs stuttered before she felt the once sharp pain beginning to drain from her body. Her breathing returning to normal before looking at Ulv once again taking in the after all thinking about it further everything was once again correct. Every single motion a person makes requires utilizing every muscle, the brain all work together like a well ordered machine.

With that been said Yoriko decided to test out and utilizing both her left and right palm to use the palm heel strike, she would use her left hand to fit the contour of Ulv's face which in this case would be her cheekbone. Now if Ulv managed to block it and retaliate herself she would move her body to the side and line up her elbow and shoulder behind her right hand which would ultimately allow her to deliver the blow more safely compared to having a twisted wrist.

Because evidently she didn't want to be "one and done" if she used her fist instead.

Yoriko could see that her progress damaging Ulv was miniscule every blow she would take felt like nothing to her in fact the girl didn’t even move a single inch; plus every connection the girl would make to her face did the exact opposite instead of she felt her hands shake upon making contact as if the girls body was literally made out of concrete or steel it was like punching an immovable object. The pain would begin to blaze up her arm as her palms connected to her body, however what took the girl by surprise was seeing Ulv’s spin rapidly and strike the girl with her heel causing her to be pushed back several feet . Immediately Yoriko would feel the gut-wrenching pain her hands holding her stomach as she stood on one knee..but she couldn’t give up if she couldn’t handle a simple kick how could she ever grow as a person? she had to keep going even if it killed the girl so she stood once more taking deep breaths to reduce her heartbeat and adjust herself before striking Ulv once again this time with greater speed and precision.

The girl wouldn’t stop as a kindling fire of utter motivation and pride began to overtake her, she wasn’t going to taken down so easily besides if she got hit again she would immediately stand up and try and try once again.

Yoriko was here to get stronger even if that meant getting the snot kicked out of her. Growth never came to those that stayed away from pain and danger. Those that chose not face the harsh reality of the world. No those were the ones that stayed weak and cowered in a corner, eventually dying while never truly accomplishing anything during their lifetime. She refused to be one of those people. She took up her stance, bending her knees slightly as her hands came up guarding her face, her breath quickening with one final push. Quickly she began charging at Ulv her at just her natural speed. As she got within striking range she fired the left jab, followed by a right though in reality it was nothing more than a ploy as she would then attack using her right knee targeting her rib-area.

However if she blocked the knee blow the girl would position her knee downwards and go for a quick round house kick, but she hesitated and continued to use her palms. Unfortuantely however with each blow they became more fluid only for it to gradually decrease in both power and speed. She felt her body was into overdrive as her muscles began tightening and her lungs attempting to inhale and exhale air in quick succession. Ulv would see the girl’s sweat beginning to trickle down her back, free flowing like condensation on a window pane, it beaded on her forehead and dripped from her chin.

Okay...I think I’m at my limit. Yoriko would then collapse onto the ground on her bottom.
