» Extra: After trying to cram Inami's demonic power into an already overburdened soul, Mirja exploded. Every drop of power roaring from her body and her Inner World smashing into a dozen pieces. With intervention from Hvit, Mirja managed to survive, but she lost everything, becoming crippled as the Earth-Defying Array that allowed her legs to function was stripped from her body.
While she does still possess her normal level of Reiryoku, it is spread across the dozen shattered platforms of her Inner World, and can not be uterlized until Mirja recovers. Which, while possible, will be long and ardeuous.

- Powers. Temporarily lost:
- Earth-Defying Array: An advanced and powerful Kata - special training exercise - that was created by Mirja, built off the skeleton of works left by a talented but unknown martial artist, Ashigoi Kazuri. The lack of anything more than theory and concepts lead him to be shunned in favour of more solid styles, but this, as Mirja found out, was not the smartest of decisions by the Martial Art World. He left behind the theory to be built upon, not as anything in any way of solidity. And so Mirja took it and created her own Kata for herself, and whoever she felt like teaching it too. The eponymously named technique focuses releasing your earthly tethers, and actualizing your willpower in a physical aspect. The rest are focused on the concept of Tulpa, creations powered by one's sheer tenacity and willpower, literally forcing a thought into the physical world. However, there are limits, the user is only ever able to create two things, a Personal Tulpa, which generally attaches to their body, and a Full Tulpa, which is a creation of it's own but still bound to the creator and unable to stray far, sometimes not able to stray at all, but able to act independently.
As constructs, both the Personal and Full Tulpa's general skills are equal to one rank below Willpower skill. The Creator can focus on one aspect to the detriment of the others, allowing it to be the same rank as Willpower as the expense of the rest being one rank lower. Their tier is also based off of Willpower, being 3 tiers below for adept willpower, 2 for advanced, 1 for master, and equal for Grandmaster.
Earth-Defying Array: The base of the entire style, this Array focuses on the mind more than the body. Lightening the strain of existance, and bringing a state of extended peace to the user. Once this level headed nature has been achieved, the user can focus on the manifestation of their mentality, bringing the mind into play in the physical world. The first manifestation, and the denial of Earth, allows the body to feel light and unrestrainted, as the manifested mentality takes a part of the physical side of life. This can either allow the user to enjoy strenuous activity with less taxation on their endurance. [All energy-draining techniques have an increased post limit of 1 for Adept Willpower, 2 for Advanced Willpower, 3 for Master Willpower, and 5 for Grandmaster Willpower. Beginner Willpower is to weak to have any noticeable change. Tulpa have a limit of the same number of posts. Beginner Willpower can not manifest enough tenacity and discipline to construct a Tulpa]
Personal Tulpa; Six guns of Black Heaven: Mirja's Personal Tulpa, it is the manifestation of her belief in raw power, Versatility, and most importantly, the peace of speed. The first pair of Guns extend from the back of her shoulders as a pair of thick, muscular arms pitch black in colour , were as the other two are constructed as they are required, spawning from below her biological arms, and the final pair jutting out unexpectedly from her chest. She focuses on their General Speed, allowing them to have incredible swiftness and dexterity, granting their name as every strike breaks the sound barrier and creates a cracking sound, much like a gun. They have three times as much length stored inside them, allowing for extension to catch the target off guard and deliver a heavy hit while Mirja closes the gap.
Full Tulpa; Promise of Victory; The Arms of Lady Caliburn!: Mirja's Full Tulpa, expanding on the Six guns of Black Heaven, creates a massive woman floating behind her, displaying a hundred arms in a half circle. Half the arms are ethereal, and the other half are physical and able to cause incredible harm. Lady Caliburn herself is an incredible construct to behold, split perfectly down the middle, so one part of her is a gleaming golden colour, and the other half is a pitch black. The black side of her face holds a warm and open smile, while the gleaming gold colour is covered by a mask similar to Mirja's Vizard Mask.
The Golden fists will seek to prioritize Mirja's projection, blocking and intercepting any attack directed at her, while the black side will focus on striking at the enemy with powerful palm strikes and chops. At will, Mirja can command the two sides to switch in their duties, or to abandon one in favor of the other, becoming full defend, or full offense as she commands, allowing her to throw the opponent off guard and deny them their expectations.
As a physical construct, Lady Caliburn has her own Durability, and any part of her can be destroyed by a powerful enough attack. If her head is destroyed, and the physical arms or sixty percent of her body is damaged, Lady Caliburn will dissolve and the mental feedback will prevent Mirja from recreating her for the current thread. Knocking Mirja out can also cause Lady Caliburn to disappear. A strange mental limitation is that, if Mirja is unable to move then she can not create Lady Caliburn, as the Tulpa is made from the exhilaration of intense speed, and being unable to do this prevents her from being able to focus and summon the power required to construct a Tulpa. Mirja does not focus on any one part, like she does with her Six guns of Black Heaven, allowing Lady Caliburn to enjoy a well-rounded skill set.
Territorial Tulpa - One's Own Body: Mirja's personal Territorial Tulpa, she shuns the control of the surroundings and instead hugs the dome tight to her own body, having herself as her Territory. Eschewing control of anything but herself, Mirja can use this technique to control her own body, most commonly using it to purge herself of any foreign pathogens, and to fix damage that has been inflicted. It is not a passive regeneration, as such she needs a moment to focus on it, and repair the damage done to her. She also requires the knowledge of what is damaged to repair it, and if she is in sufficient pain to be unable to pinpoint the source, then this technique is rendered moot. Pain without a source is also unable to be repaired. Furthermore she is limited to three bones per usage of this Tulpa. The mental strain prevents her from using it twice in a row, and limits her to a maximum of three uses per thread. Despite the limitations, Mirja prefers it to the standard Territorial Tulpa as it fits her character very well. She wishes to have no control over anyone but herself.
Wolfcak Silat - Body of Clay: A martial arts style that, despite the name, has very little to do with Pencak Silat. She just thought the name sounded good and so took it and added Wolf in front of it to make it hers. Mirja developed this supernatural style after watching a collection of fights in an underground club she frequents. A true master of their weapon can make it do things one would never consider possible, draw out more than it's maximum potential, and even make it appear as if the weapon was bending and flexing, even when it is a solid steel sword. With this, and the thought that a martial artist's weapon is their body, she began to create Body of Clay.
Using her Territorial Tulpa and powering it with sheer tenacity, Mirja believed she got into it that without the technique, executing this would have been an impossibility. As it is, she slowly developed mastery over her own bodily functions to a point of anatomical insanity. Optimizing and perfecting her muscular and skeletal structure with the control she gained from her Territorial Tulpa, she has gains superior strength and durability when based against her normal body, and adding in nitrogen pockets to her joints grants a disturbing amount of flexibility. These modifications are not natural, however, and require a small but constant focus to keep them in place. Should she be subjected a loss of consciousness, her body will revert to it's normal state until the technique is repeated. It takes several hours to optimize her body, and so is not a thing she can do on the fly.
Auspicious Small God of Traversing: Recently acquiring a few coveted Small Gods pills, Mirja's body has become saturated to the limit in their unique power, however, this does not grant her immediate power over it. Some benefits are evident from the start, but if she truly wants to see what they are capable of, and finish the combination into a true Auspicious Small God, then she needs to work at it. Taking the energy that she has building up inside her, and using it, getting to know it, seeing how it ticks. Only then will she be able to utilize it to it's fullest extent.
The Road Never Ends: A Unique power from the Auspicious Small God of Traversing, it grants Mirja an interesting ability to be free. Even in spiritual form, the energy that makes up the Auspicious Small God hates the inability to travel as it desires. And so, she has a potent resistance to effects that slow her, that reduce her ability to move as fast as she desires, sometimes to a point where the effects are negligible. Very powerful slowing effects can still effect her, but even they are not as potent as they would be against a normal person. This does not effect things that stop her outright, but if something reduces her speed, then it fails to find purchase on The Wolf.
Immature Slip-Stream: Built from inspiration that her incredible traversal-oriented mind created after seeing and hearing Jaeden's enlightening talk about the nature of true speed.
Rather than push off with her strength and force the wind out of her way, she instead moves with it, in a gentle manner, coaxing it to assist her and give her a feeling of lightness. Catching a ride on The Wind rather than fighting it,, Mirja created an immature technique called the Slip-Stream. It needs more work to truly shine, but as it is, it is still a decent technique for increasing how fast she can move over long and short distances.
Mature Slip-Stream: An advancement on Mirja's Slip Stream, she has come to an ironic understanding after Tsubasa allowed her to release the mental leash that kept her truth strength locked away, for fear of the damage it could cause. While the first step of Slip-Stream is to gently glide with the Wind, the second step is to surpass the gentle wind, and broach into the vicious primal wind beyond. Here, is where scientists are encouraged not to look to deeply because it makes no logical sense.
Hitting the Primal Wind harder than it hits her, causes it to yield, and acquiesce to her requests, aiding her, reducing the pressure she feels as she moves, and allowing her to reach even higher speeds for the same amount of force put into her run. The actual increase in speed is significantly less than the First Step of Slip-Stream, but rather allows the user to move more efficiently, more speed for equal effort.
Cardinal Seal West: The user of the West gains something that isn't possible for most. Their body is strong as steel but agile as the wind the beast form allows them to release it. They are the free spirit of the Unabara and are expected to roam and move around. They of the four aren't expected to do much aside from taking care of the precious things. This transformation allows them to greatly increase their speed and develop into stronger warriors. By how much is entirely up to them, striking them will feel like punching the tip of a dagger for most hands.
Cardinal Hollow; Beast of the West
Having her Cardinal Seal printed to her Hollow's soul rather than her own has made a surprising new advancement when she dons her mask. Her transformation becomes bestial to the extreme, fueled by the great lake that is the mixed pool of Hvit and Mirja. The enhancement brought by the Cardinal Seal allows her Reiatsu to violently flare outwards, exceeding the inward density and covering a small area surrounding her with her ultra-dense Reiatsu, so heavy that it can bring anyone below her tier that lacks Advanced Strength to their knees.
The form itself is also rather intimidating to behold. Mirja's body warps and grows, fed by her Reiatsu until it resembles a massive wolf, four meters tall and nine meters long, this form is a bristling canine, with muscle-groups the size of a grown adult's torso, and claws as long as a man's hand. It takes the speed and strength to the physical extreme, granting both in excess while she maintains this form. One would assume that such a large creature would be unable to move with any speed, and thus would be an easy target in the battlefield.
They would be wrong.
As large and as powerful as the form is, the Cardinal Seal grants considerable speed as well. Not as fastas Mirja's base form, but still quick enough to catch people off guard and close a gap with considerable ease, making this form a dangerous one, for the surrounding area as much as anyone who had to face it. The worst news, is that the Wolf Form can retain Mirja's Reiatsu-based techniques, allowing it to strengthen itself with her Silent Scream, or devastate a creature entirely with it's Wolf-God Fist.
If Mirja does not believe the situation warrants such a powerful transformation, she can chose not to activate it, or to activate it at a later state. Once in this form, she can maintain it with the combination of her own energy and Hvit's for a maximum of seven posts. Once the limit is reached, this is considered as though the limit of her Mask is reached, and she can not don it again in the thread. The transformation changes a lot about Mirja's biology, assisted by her Body of Clay technique and the Territorial Tulpa to make sure the shift happens without incident. However, her vocal cords are morphed into that of a monstrous wolf, robbing her of her ability to speak, making it of limited effectiveness with friends.
The Dogs of War: Those trained by War gain senses beyond the average, their sense of smell and power through physical means are extremely powerful. They can smell better than a tracking dog and have strength above average. For example, if they are an Advanced they are really a Master, their strength is deceptive and gives them a far more powerful means of fighting. Their senses and focus are far higher then most people will understand, this allows the Dog's to be far stronger than people realize. They are able to fight three times longer than your average warrior. Capable of lasting for insane amounts of time due to the training and methods of War. The Horsemen who hold this blessing is a monster of the battlefield, believing to settle matters upfront. He is a savage beast of war and brings about death with absolution. There is no doubt in his methods and the Heir and follows will bring about War's beliefs without hesitation. This is the way of the beast for them, they've given their senses to become sharper and more fierce. War's beliefs are upfront and brutal but the Horsemen is known for this trait most of the time.
Fangs of the Wind: An offensive technique born from Mirja's Slip-Stream, it has the potential to be devastating when applied correctly. Entering the Slip-Stream and then suddenly coming to a dead halt as she snaps out a kick, the momentum and inertia coupled with the displayed air can create a massive blast of kinetic force, either focused on a singular point, or over a wide area, depending on the application of strength in the kick. It can be comparable with her Body Usage Art: Saigen for a momentous attack. However, the sudden stop from supersonic speed puts great strain on her leg muscles, and indeed her entire body if Saigen is used. It can be used twice per thread. Three times will cause severe muscular damage that will need immediate healing or else she will be unable to move.
Nova Lupus: A modification to her body, more than any technique. This uses her Territorial Tulpa to copy Body of Clay, and manipulate herself into a new form. This new form has Speed at the forefront of it's focus, and thus detracts a great deal from her previous density, cutting her weight in half, and thus dramatically decreasing the effort needed to drive herself forward. This doesn't come without a cost, however. As the loss in density means she loses her ultra-durable skin, and becomes more in line with the average person. Still denser than them, but not able to compare to the defensive capabilities she had before.
Her Strength also takes a hit, albiet not as considerable. Key points of her network still house her former strength, and coiled muscles stand ready to spring into action, using the Saigen technique to explosively expand for a few seconds, granting her her old strength until the muscles retract again, making it more on demand than anything passively built into her body. This allows Mirja to drive the horizion of speed even further, in her rapid chase for something that can not be ascertained or even conceptualized.
Slip-Stream - The Wind Road: The Eponymous technique of this collection, The Wind Road is the pinnacle of her Slip-Stream, and opens the door to true 3d freedom. Learned from Tsubasa, who in turn used the inspirational technique by stealing the concept of Slip Stream from her - making a nice round robin of techniques - this technique pushes beyond the Primal Wind and broaches into the final stage, The Regal Wind. Using this technique, Mirja can envision a Road made of The Wind (Hence the name, clever, huh?) And run across it, unburdened by normal gravity or the standard rules of movement.
This technique perfects the technique of being assisted by the Wind, and allows her to reach the full potential of what The Wind is capable of, increasing her running speed several fold and granting her even new, glorious horizons. This technique opens her eyes to what The Wind really is. The soul of all air in the world. It is a collective soul, and does not work the same as normal souls, but it is, none the less. With the Wind focused in helping Mirja move, it can no longer assist her in breathing, and so use of this technique could cause her to asphyxiate. This necessitates the creation of a unique Pneuma (Specialized breathing technique). This means, that without the use of her Pneuma, she has two posts before she runs out of breath, and another two posts of breathlessness before she passes out. Another flaw in this is that sufficiently potent gravity can splinter, and shatter The Road. It can survive up to two times normal earth gravity before beginning to splinter, and at four times normal earth gravity, the road shatters entirely.
Wudang-an-han: Translating as 'Body and Soul', Wudan-an-han is a unique Martial Art Form that teaches the practitioners how best to direct their force. Interlining the concept of Reiki, the concept of internal energy, it allows for superior freedom on the battlefield. Wudang-an-han has several varying kata to slowly bring the user into the art of controlling one's energy distribution about the body. When learned, Wudang-an-han allows for the user to appear more powerful than they were before, to have discovered new strength in the forms. However, this is technically incorrect, as they are as strong as they where when they started, they simply are able to strike with pristine efficiency, losing nothing from their movements to the point of impact, and able to deliver a strike in it's entirety without the loss of a single drop of force. These blows seem to be lacking in kinetic force when opposed to other strikes, but are just as powerful, sometimes even more so, than other styles.
First Kata -The Breath of Life: Before controlling one's Reiki, they must be aware of it's existence. This Kata introduces the pivotal breathing exercises and basic movements required to become aware of the energy within your own body. A mixture of slow, methodical movements and sudden, rapid strikes can be adapted to use in a fight, but the main use is to propagate the flow of Reiki and in doing so, eventually allow the user to become aware of it.
Second Kata - The Exhale: Once a person has sharpened their senses to their internal energy, then they may begin the lesson of controlling it. This involves a great deal of flowing movement, that is unsuited for the battlefield, unlike the First Kata. The new understanding of how their Reiki flows allows them to slowly become adapted to the movements of it. And then, once the user has adapted, they can begin to manipulate it as they desire, making it flow towards their target, or away, if they wish a strike that is weaker than it appears. Controlling their own ebb and flow allows for the user to take control of the ebb and flow of the fight itself, keeping the enemy off guard with their expectations of what is coming, compared to what actually came.
Plus Ultra!: A style consisting of incredible, short-lived burst of physical action, it utilizes the entire body for a host of techniques. The style itself is not something to teach people with anatomical knowledge, since it's subtle defiance of physics will cause them to go mad. It also draws out massive amounts of energy to use within a few moments, which is why it requires intense physical training before it can be safely used. People who successfully complete this training can exert themselves at peak capacity for six hours before beginning to feel fatigued.
[This technique allows the use of one Plus Ultra ability. As a side-effect, the post limit of most energy based forms and abilities is increased by 1]
Plus Ultra - Go Beyond: The standard training for the Plus Ultra style is grueling, neigh-crippling mess of physical demands, and so that is usually were people stop. However, those who desire more, or those who wish to accept the challenge, turn to this. Go Beyond pushes the physical limits of the body to new heights, and success grants them an endurance beyond most people of the same or similar level of power. Completion of this training allows exertion at peak capacity for eighteen hours before beginning to feel fatigued.
[This technique grants the use of two Plus Ultra abilities. As a side-effect, the post limit of most energy based forms and abilities is increased by 2. Requires Plus Ultra!]
Plus Ultra - Aquatic Abyss: Named after the manner in which the first master of the Plus Ultra style reached the pinnacle of physical endurance, the Aquatic Abyss has been known to kill or mentally cripple many who attempt it, due to the demands on their physique and their psyche, such is the harrowing nature of this training. However, if the risk of death or despondency does not dissuade them, and they manage to actually succeed in their training, then they are granted a depth of stamina to rival the Oceans in volume. Most users of this technique can win simply by outlasting their opponents, driving them on and on until their target can no longer sustain the demanding taxation on their stamina. Successful training, and thus mastery of the preparation stage, allows the person to operate at peak capacity for forty eight hours before beginning to feel fatigued.
[This technique grants the use of three Plus Ultra abilities. As a side-effect, the post limit of most energy based forms and abilities is increased by 3. Requires Plus Ultra - Go Beyond]
- Powers, permanantly lost:
- Unique Skill - Motionless Fist: Mimicing the flow of Reiatsu through a person's body, the person throws a punch that slightly twists on impact, and then drives forward with all their might. The end result is the kinetic energy dispersing through the target's entire body like the flowing of Reiatsu instead of at a singular point. It feels like being punched in the everywhere, but only people with esoteric strength can manage to provide enough force for the impact to do any damage, since it spreads out rather than gathers in a single spot.
The name comes from the fact that there is no force driving the target back, and so they stay exactly were they are standing as the punch hits them, being Motionless. It also has a shocking impact on inanimate objects, since anything not strong enough to absorb the impact of the hit will subsequently, explode.
The mental and physical prepration of this attack, however, causes it to be pretty slow, and isn't something that can be called out on a dime except by the greatest fighters in the world, making it something of an on-demand technqiue rather than an ace in the hole.
Wolf God Fist: piggy-backing off the internal Reiatsu control that makes the Motionless Fist such a dangerous technique, Wolf God Fist takes it a different path. Instead of spreading the blow outwards like Motionless Fist, it focuses the power into a singular point, gathering her Reiatsu into her fist and then unleashing a blow of vastly improved power. However, once she hits a person, the Reiatsu flow suddenly reverts to it's normal state, which is a jarring feeling, and prevents the use of this or it's brother Motionless Fist for the next three posts. It is also slow to build up like it's brother, and so isn't something to be used on a budget of time
The Bell Tolls For Thee: A skill much more mental than physical, this Ability disturbs the opponent with a combination of intense eye-contact, confident posture, and aggressive body language. Most people that are not highly disciplined will feel as if the user is larger than they appear, and are pushing their psyche down with something different to Spiritual Pressure. This technique loses efficiency on targets to manic or egotistic to consider other people may be superior to them, and is of limited efficiency against targets who have a steely mental fortitude.
Fotarbeid [Footwork]: The execution of this technique appears simple, but it requires great speed and martial skill to pull off. It allows the user to get behind their target in the blink of an eye, so quick it appears as if they have vanished, and gives them a short window of time to make use of the lack of preparation for a blow. Many factors play into this, however. They must have a stable footing, nothing that could cause them to slip in their high speed movement, such as ice, water, or uneven ground, and they must be in close range - no further than six feet away - or they will not be able to cover the distance fast enough to catch the person off guard. Very perceptive people or people with great reactions are also a bane of this technique. It requires Master in General Speed and Master in Hakuda [or racial equivalent] before being utilized.
Diarmuid's Tail: Something Elderich and abnormal has been born within Mirja's wolven tail. She can not really explain it, but it has become something that must be petted. It's fluffy cuddliness draws in even the most cold-hearted sociopath, and drives them to touch, to pet, and to nuzzle the tail. Once they have filled this urge, they no longer feel it, but until the urge has been fulfilled, denying such is incredibly distracting.
Chinmoku no sakebigoe [Silent Scream]: Spinning off her reiatsu control powers like Wolf God Fist and Motionless Fist, Mirja creates something entirely new and different,. Instead of manipulating her Rieatsu to a single point, she flares it internally, much like some high tier Shinigami do externally. This causes her Reiatsu to become agitated, and surges around her body at a much greater rate, increasing her naturally dense body to a higher level for a temporary period [5 posts]
The downside to this is that she can not uterlize either of her Reiatsu-based techniques while using this, and it leaves her numb and kind of sore after the rush ends.
Infinite None-Stop Climax Scream - also known as the last time Mirja lets Iko name anything - is a spin-off technique of her Silent Scream. It focuses much more on sustainability than sheer power, and so is weaker than the Silent Scream, however the energy cost is negligible, and at Mirja's level it can be sustained practically all day. The downside, aside from the weaker increase in power, is that she can't use any of her other Reiatsu-based techniques while this is active.
Prayer to the Fire God - A violent, destructive and distinctly uncaring technique, it suits Mirja perfectly. After enhancing her strength with either the Silent Scream, or INSCS, Mirja bunches her muscles tightly and slams her hands together with all her colossal strength. The resulting clap reaches around 280-300 decibels, and can set the surrounding area on fire spontaneously. Because Science. Without specialized ear protection, everything in the surrounding area will have their ear-drums burst and with it their sense of balance thrown right out of the window. Mirja is not entirely exempt from this, as her ears will bleed, and her hearing will be tainted with a prevalent ringing and a muted muffle for several hours after the technique's use.
Molting Cicada Fist - a technique born from Mirja's incredible martial ability, this follows the principles of the standard Molting Cicada technique, but instead applies the art to her fist. It is Mirja's ultimate feint in the fact that there is a solid feel of fist rather than just a fakeout, making it very hard to predict that it is a feint and not an actual attack.
Active Stage:
Physical Instant: Before jumping into the actual techniques of Plus Ultra, there is the Physical Instant technique. It broaches into the style and shows the physical demands to the user, so they can chose to keep Physical Instant as an ace and not go any further, or learn even more about the style. It takes the stamina gained from the peerless training of the Preparation Stage, and burns it all in a handful of seconds, granting the entire body a massive boost in physical prowess, or a single part esoteric power. It is helpful in all walks of life, when punching someone in the face, or trying to win an arm-wrestling contest. The true power of this ability, however, is the ability to be linked with any other Plus Ultra technique for an enhanced variant. All enhanced variants count as two Plus Ultra techniques, instead of one.
Wings of Hermes Sub-Stage:
Flash Point: Plus Ultra's Wings of Hermes Sub-Stage focuses on speed, physical, optical, and mental. Flash Point is a technique designed to cover distance rapidly, and deliver a punch at the end of the distance in a single fluid movement, taking advantage of the momentum to deliver an blow of colossal proportions. The Enhanced variant, used with Physical Instant, has the user move fast enough to seemingly reverse cause and effect, arriving at their destination before they begin moving. The reality is simply that their movements are faster than the brain can process the moment, but the end result remains the same.
[Distance moved with the enhanced variant is tierx3 meters. So a Tier 3 can move 9 meters]
Occular Awakening: The users of Wings of Hermes are taught that true speed is not being fast, but everything else being slow in comparison. This is a very passive ability, and is more the culmination of the Flash Point usage than active effort on the part of the user to learn. As such, once learned it is always active and does not This causes the world to slow down in relation to the speed it is moving, allowing for increased time to comprehend and react to super-fast objects. Should the person lack the speed required to react in time, they can supplement with Physical Instant, but most other techniques would be too slow to activate in time.
Nine Hydra Heads: The apex skill of Wings of Hermes, Nine Hydra Heads demands the use of Physical instant, and so has no enhanced variant. However, the pay-off is the ability to strike the target up to [Tier x 2] times at the same time, or near enough that it makes no difference to any level of perception, allowing for a flurry of blows to be landed on the target and cripple defenses or incapacitate physically weaker foes with less than a second's action.
Body of Atlas sub-stage
World-bearing Shoulders: Body of Atlas focuses much more on the ability to take and receive incredible blows. In it's execution, it is far more basic than Wings of Hermes, but is no less effective in combat. World-bearing Shoulders is a technique that is required for the rest of the techniques since it teaches the ability to take and redirect force from both inside and outside of the body. It has both offensive and defensive capabilities, but as a passive ability, does not come into fruition on it's own.
Chai Kick: The Chai Kick is an incredible kick that focuses the strength every muscle in the body to a single leg, granting unparalleled power for the moment of impact. The enhanced variant possesses enough force to cause wide-spread destruction over a massive area, even without hitting something.
Flowing River: Opposed to Chai Kick's focus of every muscle in one point, Flowing River can take a strike from an enemy, and disperse it over the person's entire body, reducing it's potency considerably. However, it requires focus and if the blow is to fast to see coming, or is strong enough to shatter the muscle group in the area that is hit, then the technique is rendered unusable. The enhanced variant feeds a great deal of energy into the muscles, tripling their durability for the handful of seconds that the technique is active, and allowing for incomprehensible - if short lived - durability.
Two Worlds Stage [requires the skills in both sub-stages]
Thunderclap of Catastrophe [Event only]: Sometimes, a situation is too far gone for anything other than total, utter, and complete obliteration of everything remotely surrounding the area. Which is why the Thunderclap of Catastrophe was developed. Mixing the Wings of Hermes and the Body of Atlas, this technique begins with the user launching themselves into the sky and then twisting after they reach the apex of the jump, and kicking off the air with such force that it acts as a physical object for a microsecond and gives them the footing to project themselves back down to the ground, hitting it with all their might and causing carnage and tectonic disturbance for miles around. The use of the Flowing River technique allows them to survive the impact with the ground, but only barely, as the equal and opposite reaction to this technique is of a magnitude that is neigh-impossible to withstand.
[This technique counts as 3 Plus Ultra uses, and physical exhausts the target, as well as causing crippling damage]
Like a Cat: Grace embodied, the user has practiced enough arts, or simply been alive long enough with a sufficient focus on movement that they have become able to walk across a wet, grease-covered log and not only reach the other side, but look good while doing it. Their balance and surefooted nature is a thing of beauty to behold, walking with a gait not altogether human. Their ability to retain their balance and posture is undeniably assured in all situations, except the one were the floor simply vanished from underneath them.
Wolf-Fu: A....'style' created by Mirja and Iko, it is unique as it has no forms, or stances, and focuses exclusively on the girl's incredible combat instincts. Iko explains it basically as 'Do the second best thing in any situation, and then whatever would most amuse you. The goal is to have fun'. While it is a rather like calling the sun 'hot' it grasps the fundamentals of Wolf-Fu. Since the style revolves exclusively around what Mirja feels is best in the situation, or what she feel is most fun in the situation, depending on her mind set, it can be a difficult style to defend against.
Pressure of the Abyss: The side-effect of the Aquatic Abyss training is that the body learns to cope with intense pressure and not crumple. Muscle and Reiatsu both have a naturally ingrained reaction when put under pressure to push back with equal force, allowing the rest of the body to act unhindered. While this is mostly a physical technique, it can be used for the spiritual pressure of Reiatsu, allowing the user to survive greater onslaughts of crushing Reiatsu before they are driven to their knees, and in some cases, making it impossible to incapacitate them with Reiatsu alone.
Wolfcak Silat - God Bashing Blows: This technique is focused around an interesting train of thought. A gram of skill is worth a pound of strength, but what happens if a recipe calls for both? The end result, is God Bashing Blows. The technique marries Wolf-God Fist with Silent Scream, focusing the arm, or leg's internal Reiatsu into the foot, or fist, and then flares it dramatically. It is not quite as destructive as Wolf-God Fist, nor does it grant her entire body the boon of power like Silent Scream, but it does allow for a sudden, quick enhancement of striking power in a considerable fashion, for when she needs to strike quickly rather than charge her most destructive technique, or when she would rather keep the building she is letting it off in, in one piece.
[This technique can be used three times a thread, and is not comparable with Silent Scream]
Body Usage Art - Sasen: Requiring considerable skill and great control over one's body, Sasen mimics a hand quickly turning into a clenched fist, but on a grander scale. Half-Sasen sees the muscles of the entire appendage tense at once, going from slack to full force in an explosive instant and granting a considerable increase in the strength of a single shot. Full-Sasen sees the entire body go from slack to maximum and gives an incredible defensive assistance when dealing with blunt shots. Sasen is very effective when used with Physical Instant's Chai Kick, making every muscle pump out it's maximum for the point of impact. However, using muscles at the maximum strength can wear them out a lot quicker than just doing so normally, and if it is overused and over strained, the chance of ripping the muscles is considerable. Still, despite the risks it is a solid technique that can grant a much-needed boon in a pinch.
Heart's Kiai - One Minute Wolfhood: 'Better to live one minute as a Wolf, than one day as a sheep'. So to is it better to fight like a Wolf for one minute, than an entire day as a sheep. This technique is a strange one, the source being similar to Earth-Defying Array's Tulpa, but not enough to be called a brother technique. More like, a second cousin, thrice removed. It requires tenacity, strength, and guts to perform, as well as a heart that screams to fight as a Wolf! The technique takes the entirety of the energy that the body would use that day, and compresses it into a minute of superhuman activity. Most users of this technique collapse after it's usage, their entire supply of energy exhausted. However, for those who have more energy than the body can use in a day regardless of activity, they are left in varying degrees of exhaustion.
Heart's Kiai - One Minute Lionhood: An advancement on One Minute Wolfhood, this technique can only be used by those with abnormally deep wells of energy, such that they can remain at peak activity for an entire day and not feel fatigued by the end of it. It burns the energy of up to five days (For even a Lion takes the weekend off) - depending on how hard the user pushes - into one minute, granting a colossal boost to their power for the one minute that it is active. However, once it runs out, the strain on the user's body becomes cripplingly apparent. Even if they are the esoteric fighter who has more energy than they could burn in five days of extended activity - such as those who have mastered Plus Ultra's Aquatic Abyss - they are still worn by the burning of such a massive degree of energy in such a small degree of time. Any lesser man can quite easily be killed by the strain of this technique ones it ends, with heart attacks, or organs simply shutting down from shock. Furthermore, at the start of this technique, the heart stops beating for several seconds while it prepares, causing some to pass out right away from the sudden shock of their heart stopping. And so it is a dangerous move, only to be used in the most desperate of times, or by the most confident of fighters.
Zero-point Soul-burst Refraction technique: A Reiatsu based technique developed by Mirja as an enhanced variant of her Silent Scream. However, in training it became something entirely different, and so it does not, as she expected, replace the old technique. It involves flaring Reiatsu out to every part of her body, and then rapidly reabsorbing it to the core, before flaring it out again. This creates a fantastical phenomena that swells her unique physiology to a level that dwarfs the power increase gained by Silent Scream. Once it has begun, it is self-sustaining until Mirja makes an effort to stop it, allowing her to focus on other things.
However, this technique does not replace her Silent Scream due to the unforeseen side-effects. Her reiatsu network is put under a strange feeling that is not exactly strain, but does not feel good. While this would not be a problem if that was all it was, her physical body is plagued with phantom pain as well, bombarding her on a physical and spiritual level with feelings of intense discomfort. Furthermore, while her body can handle the technique being active for as long as Mirja is able to deal with the double-layered discomfort, repeated activation and deactivation can cause damage to her Reiatsu network and her physical body, possibly even permanently if she is not careful. This makes it more of a trump card than anything else.
Falling Wolf Punch! Is a rather strange but effective technique used by Mirja in a combat situation. It starts off inelegantly, by falling on your face. This sudden and unexpected falling can catch the opponent off guard since there is practically no situation were falling on your face is considered beneficial. And from there, the technique springs into action.
Requiring solid control over one's own body, and sharp reflexes to not just turn it into a faceplant, Mirja throws herself into a forward charge after falling, barely missing the ground and using the momentum of her falling to exceed her usual limits of speed and strength. Against a very quick opponent, it would not guarantee a hit, and the focused, near uncontrollable charge in one direction could be detrimental as it is too fast for Mirja to change direction or stop once she is committed.
