I. Basic Information
» Name: Jiao-long
» Age: 63
» Gender: Male
» Race: Human
» Association: Constructs
» Appearance:
» Purpose: Jiao-long is the main enemy in the China thread. He is using the artifact to control the weather and the constructs, and is trying to control China, at the very least.
II. Personality
» Personality: Jiao-long is not a particularly emotional person, nor is he very attached to his surroundings or belongings. He is usually aloof, but when his plans go awry he can become supremely focused and intent. During these times he often displays absurd levels of power in comparison to his more calm moments.
III. History
» History: Jiao-long was raised from infancy by an order of monks who live in the rural areas of china. From an incredibly young age he was trained in the martial arts, the use of chi powers, and in mental acuity. For countless hours each day he was made to hone his abilities. To strive for greatness in all things, wherever he saw the possibility. For years he went to bed battered and bruised, sore beyond belief. His mind and body were pushed beyond what his young self could ever have imagined possible, and for much of his childhood he hated and resented those who supervised him. They had ways to deal with this though, as the monks frequently encountered those who possessed quite strong willpower. Their main weapon on this front is simple propaganda. Brainwashing, if you will. Eventually even Jiao-Long’s iron will was broken, and he became little more than a puppet for the remainder of his time as a student.
When he finally took charge of the order, some 50 odd years after his initiation, Jiao-Long was well under the sway of the orders ideals. He continued down the path that had already been lain out before him. The path that had been lain out for generations. He took on apprentices, and trained them in the same way that he had been trained so many years ago. In the end he was disappointed with these efforts though, as he found no one who endured the training as he had. Although they did all succumb to the brainwashing much more quickly, which made his job somewhat easier, he would have preferred competent students.
The order, from ancient times, has been tasked with looking for, and collecting if it is found before they can get their hands on it, the artifact. For centuries they have lain dormant, with no leads to go on, and nothing eventful happening, but when Law unearthed the artifact the seal that kept its energy hidden eventually wore off. As the monks began to sense that their coveted possession had returned to the realm of the living, they made every effort to retrieve it. Jiao-long himself traveled to Japan to collect the artifact after Law sold it, and then transported it back to China. Upon his arrival he immediately began making preparations, hurriedly traveling from one order base to another in an attempt to alert the other monks. Through his travels he found that without fail all of the other monks had either been killed in action, or had simply died of natural causes. There were his apprentices of course, but they were still far from ready for combat, and more out of practicality than because he felt concern for their safety, Jiao-long sent the apprentices to the orders main temple. No monks had resided there for hundreds of years, but in the old days it was where they trained the apprentices. In his opinion it would be best for everyone involved if the apprentices moved somewhere else. If someone did come to do battle with him then they would only get in the way, and in the worst case scenario, his order would be wiped out.
IV. Powers

Jiao-long is a chi human and possesses most of the powers within the race info, but he has developed no new abilities of his own. He has obtained mastery over Sei, Dou, Xin Yue Buzhou, and even Chuxian, but he has no Shiyong ability, and can not use Wanshan Chuxian. Even though this is the case, he is very skilled in those abilities he does possess, and due to the extensive training he received during his youth, Jiao-Long is still a force to be reckoned with. Additionally the order has set up certain areas around China, which, when entered by any member give them a significant boost. They've done this using various ancient artifacts, as well as by pooling much of their own energy over the years into small crystals implanted within the soil surrounding these areas.
