So the situation was bad, he had to acknowledge in terms of a long term skirmish she won. She was doing so wonderfully, he couldn't help be proud of her. She was certainly the most capable of his children he'd adopted. She walked her own path and had done so effectively. The barrier she set up sort of set his attack at a stand still. The mirror of tigers being broken entirely was a problem. He glanced down at his palm noticing the energy being removed. He was tiring out entirely too quickly, so in truth fighting her would take a bunch of energy. He couldn't afford to draw this out any longer or take a slow approach. She was too skilled in terms of these long lasting battles. Time was up for him and trying to do it peacefully, he looked upwards now. He had no choice in the matter and would have to unleash something tremendous here. It would remove him from the conflict here. The rest would be up to those present to win here at the moment. He wasn't sure it was a good idea to use his trump card here.
"I wish..I wish it didn't come to this..Saiko..But..you've left me no choice..I am very proud of you." He said smiling as he spoke softly.
"Feast, Byakko." Releasing his Shikai his body surged with power as he contained it for now. But he wasn't planning something simple any longer. He couldn't afford to do something small or meager to break through her fields. He had to remember what it felt like. Breaking the meteor he'd fought against previously. His daughter had done well and had removed him from play. This would be her victory in the long run. Since he'd need time to recover from using such an intensive move. Tsubasa was planning to use something expensive. The fact was he couldn't defeat her in terms of just tirelessly attacking her. Inami's barrier was in effect and doing a good job of things. He couldn't simply allow her to continue here. Neither party could let the other advance as Ruin remained in his grip as he held his zanpakuto as well.
Now, this wasn't something he could do frequently as he remembered the power that Devata hit him with. Calculations were beginning as Tsubasa's energy sparked and he continued watching above. He wasn't disregarding the girl before him in the slightest. He could bring the damage down by several percentages by acting as the lightning rod. But the next issue was the kinetic force. It would shatter Inami's barrier and likely even Saikos. But the force alone wouldn't damage the area too badly. This attack was a one time use and it wasn't going to be simple to defeat her. He wanted to warn her, he wanted to tell her to run away from here. This place was about to get struck by a Lightning bolt. But not just any kind of lightning bolt. It was a shot fired from the Earth's Magnetic Field. This blast was going to be massive and require a tremendous amount of force. Tsubasa wasn't going to be able to continue, the situation was simple a calculation. Most the innocents were gone and those further away. Would most likely feel a bit of static electricity.
Shadin would likely have a plan in place to handle these sort of things. He'd rely on that brainy boy to do the rest. It was too late to run or change plans now as the entire area was struck by the massive bolt of electricity. It's kinetic force hit hard into the field Inami set up. Shattering it with tremendous force. The next barrier to catch the rather of the kinetic force was Tsubasa's Susanoo taking it in. Tsubasa was going to do a risky move as he began taking the damage to his own body instead. Not letting it leak outwards as he overcharged his body with energy. But the area around him was hit with an electric shock that couldn't be defined. A million tasers going off didn't quite equal out to what just happened. His body was smoking from the blow he'd taken on his frame. Doing this required tremendous control as he kept the electricity inside of him. His body was unstable with the amount he absorbed here.
He could feel his nerves being lit up. At best he could do one more move, but he hoped he'd not have to do so.
"....If you can....move..go..now before I unleash it.." He said wincing a bit as he held on to the energy. The initial blast of electricity would have hit and hurt anyone in the area. Absorbing this amount would be close to impossible for those who weren't immune to it. Tsubasa's body was rather used to the sting and feeling. He was smoking due to the sheer force and power flowing in him. Byakko's voice rang out as he scolded him for being reckless.
"You old fool what were you thinking, this removes you from the fight.." Tsubasa's crimson eyes stared at the figure of Saiko. He could perform one more move and it would be devastating truly. The next electricity attack would take everything he had. But the damage it would put out would be insane compared to what just happened. This was bonding for these two, wasn't it? Father and daughter unable to bond normally with other people.
She made this challenging beyond reason for him, he desired so much not to fight her. Tsubasa didn't want to swing his sword at his precious daughter. She and he both had a strange way of showing it.
"You've eliminated me from..this fight..that should protect you.." He said raising a shaking hand up into the air about to release a final attack. His body was smoking due to containing the raw electricity within him. It was an amount even he struggled with entirely as his control wasn't mastered yet. This was a single move to either sink or swim and he knew these didn't play well. He brought his hand down and aimed it at her shaking it slowly. Byakurai was the plan, but this thing would be far more powerful. Luckily the direction was out to sea and it wouldn't harm the others. He could release the massive bolt at her and dodge would be hard at this point. She'd find herself likely magnetized to the ground. They both weren't exactly free from that massive blast of energy.
The force of the blast damaged his arm as he released the massive blast at her. The overload of energy shot it out without recourse or release. Tsubasa's body and stamina were at their limit with this. He'd rushed head long in and tried to end both of them in a single moment. The discharge of energy had been taking care of as his Shadow Force had gotten the signal and removed those in range to safety. Setting up some barriers among other things. The kinetic force hadn't left this place. Though it looked like a war had been waged here between the two forces. Tsubasa's body sparked dangerously with electricity as he felt his chest rise and fall. His right arm was burned and began slowly rebuilding and regenerating. The nanobots were working on rebuilding his burnt skin and healing the damages done. But Tsubasa's time here was finished. What came next was entirely up to the female who stood before him. Did she with a draw as he begged her too before the blast came out of his arm.
Ruin vanished from his hand as black bandages wrapped his appendage that was burnt and damaged. This was as far as he could take things at the moment. He was foolish to rush here to greet his daughter and think things could change. He'd not even gotten used to that power yet or using it. Why did he use himself instead of her as a lighting rod? Because he didn't want to kill her, he loved her too much. He was a fool for letting his emotions get the better of him. Tsubasa's body still smoked as he felt like collapsing at the moment. Dropping his swords and simply falling over. It sounded like a plan at the moment as he stood up. Something kept him up, he wanted to be sure she was alright. She had to know he could have directed all that force on her. She had to know this wasn't needed for him. He didn't have to absorb that absurd amount of lightning. He could of let her entire being be struck by it. He'd come to prove his motives to the Vanguard.
But his duty as a Father always came first. It always came before anything else for his precious daughters. No matter how wayward they were.
"Proud...of you...love you." His eyes went closed as he passed out on his feet. Black masked figures appeared from surrounding area wearing rubber outfits entirely. They grabbed him glancing to see what Saiko's move would be. As they held on to Tsubasa and sheathed his sword now. Would she strike her former father who was passed out? What condition was she in, what was this situation that ended with such a drastic change of events? Tsubasa Unabara was down for now. Not by Saiko's hand but by his own. Refusal to fight her truly like that. He saw that little girl he'd taken in and given a chance too. No matter what happened the Pale Rider was a softie. When it came to his daughters especially. Tsubasa couldn't argue it as the Shadow Force leaders began to carry him off. They were withdrawing from this area now.
It was up to Saiko what came next.
