Adalwulf is a strange character. The first impression of him would be of a person who is very nonchalant and very introverted. He seems to act like the world matters little to him and views everyone with a strange disdain. Not many people know about him. In fact, the only thing in the record books about him was that he was once a prestigious member of the Null Guild. However, debate and controversy around his experiments caused him to seek a reclusive lifestyle that made the average null look like an extroverted tourist. He has a very expression on his face and his tendency to avoid talking to people gives people the impression that he is a rude person who is very callous towards the world.

However, that is because he sees around him impurities. Beneath the cold exterior is a character bright, passionate, and obsessed. His eyes sparkle when he speaks of his passion- alchemy. Alchemy is something the null seems to breathe for, so much more obsessed than what would be expected of such a calm character. In only a few moments he could change from a cool, antisocial anti hero to an insane, raving madman. He experiments without moral or ethnic boundaries, frowning upon anyone who tries to stop him with a simple insult- what do they know of his work? Those entrapped by the impurities of the reality around them, of government and regulation and laws. They limited the true nature of humanity, a race born to create, to soar to new heights of discover, bogging themselves down with worry about silly things like ethics and morals.

If one tried to study him, he would dash away. But if one allowed him to reveal himself, he would be a zealous crusader against the taint humanity has set itself upon. His goals are pure, to bring all races to insanity and chaos where no one is limited by any kind of laws and people are free to experience what they please, where life would be so much easier if no one was limited by silly laws. He is seeking a new way of existence, one that is more beautiful than anything before it. His fevered beliefs are kept to himself most of the time, revealed only when the right moment comes. Unlike most people who are considered 'bad' he knows better than to let people know of his plans. He himself has killed a friend or two after they rejected him and tried to inform the authorities of his plans.

It was not hard, to kill a friend. Especially not to one like Adalwulf. He puts chaos and insanity over all other things, spawned from a hatred of not humanity but the regulation that restrains humanity from acquiring their highest potential. He believes alchemy was not a curse, not something that should be regulated. Alchemy is a way of the future, an expression that chaos should rule and the destruction of all order should follow. This belief drives him more than anything else, although he doesn't show it to many people this belief is so strong that he is willing and has been known to alchemize himself.

Other than that, he is a very quest and reserved person, avoiding most human contact because he finds people a bother, especially so when limiting themselves due to 'I don't know if that is the right thing to do'. He is very mistrusting of people, unable to call anyone his friend without feeling that he is lying to himself.He calls himself a missionary because he feels there is nothing else in the world for him, that the last thing he should be known by would be his efforts to release humanity from its self-limiting cage, to let the world know that the door is unlocked, all one has to do is push. He calls himself alike many parents after studying animals. Like the parent barnacle ducks who must urge their children to fly or the mother seal urging her child to swim, his efforts are all for the greater of humanity, showing an environment where they belong.
