He's a really good scout and has alot of personallity he loves eating dumplings and dancing to music,You can call him child-like toby;He has a kid's mind and always uses it to get out of complex situations,Tobi is a unknown akatsuki member;None of the members know the true tobi.

Tobi loves reading on sunny days he sits in the shades with deidara and reads a book;He's very calm and a jokester one day he pranked Deidara;He got beat really badly but tobi socked deidara unconcious without knowing he attacked;Tobi can be tough to handle but when it comes to fighting he's always willing to use his Sharingan to end the battle quick,He dosent use Jutsu's like the others;Sharingan is his most powerful special power he has and the only one.

Background: After sasori's death tobi served for the akatsuki organazation which lead from patient to furious they kept looking for the fox day and night without resting;Tobi was always there to cheer the organazation up but they used tobi for his sharingan;They knew tobi can kill them with his power,Tobi always got beat for making jokes and getting the crew members mad when there angry.


Deidara is tobi's partner he always looks out for him and wants to know the tobi he been patiently waiting to see tobis face for years and years and years and counting;But the organazation dosen't have much time there #1 procedure is to find the Jinchuruuki thats positioned inside naruto;Tobi spots naruto years later fighting the 7 tailed turtle jinchuruuki tobi was devistated to attack but he couldnt fight Kakashi,Sakura,Sen and naruto alone since deidara went to get the other members.

Hmmm Raiki here and going to say a few things

remove the naruto refenses and names, make a new persionty, and if your going to use some powers from naruto turn them into bleach style such as using fireball justsu instead of charka use Resitsu and nerf it down if it seems to powerful makes a note and we shall reply. Aslo ask me if you need help turning some justsu into bleach style I can do it
