The Past, The Present, & The Future (Crow/Shizuo)

These days have been something that Cero could accept for the time being, the year behind him was spent buried in the background of a world that is covered in the possibilities of warfare, tyranny, and terror that could seize the moment at any time. The Hohl Arquero, could not stop and prevent all of these chances, but he did what he could for those that were important to him and looked to make this world that he shared with so many others, much safer. Now, wasn't quite the time for him to take to the stage just yet, in his stances towards what he believed was the evils of the world in his eyes. It was time to take a step in making sure things were safe and sound though in one place that he has put his life, time, and energy into preserving. This was how he found himself, in this city of light, allowing himself to reflect and focus on the things that were around him rather than the relations of the organizations and armies of earth and beyond. Maybe some day, he would also be able to indulge more in himself personally, rather than on the global or universal scale.
It was at the time that he found himself waiting in what was meant to be a meeting place for Quincy, he found himself, simply drinking a small cup of coffee, stirring in the sugar as he took in the light of the city, the scenery that cover the area around him. Looking at the coffee cup that he made his drink from, he reflected on the fact of how powerful he was, yet he interacted with such a fragile object still. It reminded him that while he truly was different from the normal people on this planet, but he was still capable of living among them, interacting with him, even though he was something akin to a beast, a monster in a sense, even to the things that made up what he was on the inside.
It was only a matter of time before he would be meeting with the person that watched over this city, and the person who watched over the people within it as well. It was after all only a matter of perspective on the matter on as technically it wasn't a single person at this point in the world, and based on what Cero knew of the world before, this world always looked to a single person, in place of a group of individuals. Not that many groups weren't represented at times either, just that leaders and guardians are far more memorable as heroes instead of the groups that they represent or emerged from.
Little by Little, the drink that he had would eventually slowly become empty, it was a thing of his to show up early, it wasn't that he was really expecting them before now, so Cero was only being patient, it was a calming moment for the Beast of Sound, Diplomat of Yayjuu & Kokuryuteshi Realm, and former member of the Vandenreich. All the while he's only 21 year old at this point in his life, yet he had the memories of a Quincy Emperor, a raising Arrancar during the third World War, and finally the emotions and memories of a teenage Quincy boy. Yet he was, a savior to the Vandenreich, and the majority of the Quincy race that remained from the conflict that existed between them, and the Kokuryuteshi Realm.
"Another day, another opportunity to improve one's self." He said to himself, as he waited for those that he intended to meet with him.

ENTER THE DEPTHS

This place was rather brightly named and such his frame landed as he'd been called here of sorts. He'd not been the Emperor for some time as he walked something was different. He could sense the energy and its flow around them. Each perhaps had a strange feeling coming from them. Becoming more sensitive due to his meditations. He lowered his hood upon entering the shop but not from the direction of this structure's Head Quarters or whatever. He smiled somewhat seeing the person he'd be asked to meet, he didn't mind it so much. Hulderic's one good memory was the man sitting before him. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Cero Tesla. My name is Ghislain Eberhart, I am current the Boros Guard Captain for the Vanguard. I am not the Emperor any further..it seems to be a misconception going around." Ghislain was calm and very personable in terms of demeanor compared to his counterparts. Perhaps that's what made him weak in turn to those before him. But he didn't consider that a weakness that was pointless. "May I sit?"
He waited for a moment before given the clear to sit down by the male. His frame sat as he smiled softly, looking at the man. "I know of you due to Hulderic's memories and I am very thankful for everything you've done. I tried to build on your efforts but something interfered with that. I worry for the future of our race as someone I think will soon go down a path..that I have seen before." Ghislain said softly as his smile faded remembering his meeting with Sofia. That child was troubling, her hunger for power would be a destructive thing. It consumed one leader and turned them into nothing. A husk that destroyed their people entirely he was concerned about it. But for the most part, he would wait for her to arrive before he went into discussions about it. Allowing her to know what was said was still possible with her. He hands immense control over his mind and such wasn't hard with fellow Quincy.
His fight with Mana made him conclude two things for sure. First, she wasn't the blood hungry psycho they made her out to be. Second, she was as strong as rumors stated, but something more. She was beyond that comprehension of understanding. Her energy was still engraved in his mind and his body had a pretty good reminder of Desmond at present. The way of fighting had changed and evolution was required by him to remain effective. But for now, it was nice to see someone who did care about their race. Someone who he could inform and let in on things. But once the last person arrived he would inform them both of his growing concern. Her brashness convinced him she was power hungry and what's more, he sensed something else. It was faint but most definitely something off about the young child. But for now a simple drink would do and a meeting in this city he never saw. Lights and glowing weren't his cups of tea and as an Emperor, he enjoyed more natural settings where they lived peacefully. But to each their own, some people need paradise in this fashion.
