An out of this world fight deserves an out of this world setting. Therefore, each of the fighters in this brawl will be transported to a replica of Mars. However, unlike the actual Mars, this space has been adjusted for liveable conditions. Oxygen levels, air pressure, temperatures and ozone layers are similar to the ones on Earth. Therefore, each of the opponents can fight to their content in this endless replication of Mars. So, the brawl can begin at any time!

Artist: Iuchi Maiko - Song: Ketsui to kakugo - Word Count: 1201

A battle for the holy grail was well underway by the time the Platinum Heart unveiled its presence to the likes of The Beast of Karakura. Many matches were taking place within this sub-realm of wonder and it seemed that one of earth's greatest champions was going to be late to the party. However, that is how The Yuudeshi liked it, after all. Sometimes, the best match was saved for last, was it not?

Hence, as The Platinum Heart got in contact with The Beast, he'd accept its challenge and seek to partake in this tournament. This would be his chance in order to help further the cause of bettering earth, himself and finding a shot at happiness. As, more than anything else, all the male craved at this point was to be brought to those halcyon days of his youth and once again know that sensation of true bliss. The whole intentions of The Yuudeshi Project to begin with was aimed towards seeking that goal.

So, as he stood near the pinnacle of his power, now would be the chance to put the final stabilization to the ultimate stress test and fight against an entity close enough to his power to gauge the fine tuning of his abilities. Due to the Platinum Heart considering him such a radical champion, it had formed a bond with him and unveiled his opponent to him: Tsubasa Unabara. Ergo, with this knowledge in mind, he knew he'd get one fierce brawl from the start and that is exactly what The Beast of Karakura Central desired.

Thus, with both his foe, intentions and goals insight; all that was left of him to do now was transport himself to the arena. Unlike most challengers, he wouldn't allow him to be so carelessly transported. Since the Platinum Heart had already divulged sensitive information to him, The Yuudeshi was able to utilize his expanded senses to detect the battlefield all the way from Earth. Most people would have difficulties discovering it, but all Shadin needed to do was focus on the source of this abnormal energy and detect the place the heart desired for him to fight to lock on to the vicinity.

Baring these thoughts in mind, all it took was a simple teleportion spell that The Yuudeshi learned long ago during his days of training under Kisuke Urahara to transport himself there. Sure, it was a forbidden kido, but who was honestly going to stop him from doing it? No one. So, as he stood upon a skyscraper in Karakura Central, he disconnected himself from The Yuudeshi Network and disappeared from the endless metropolis in a flare of green light.

Bridging the gap between dimensions did take a few moments, but after a tunnel of gem green light faded, an explosion of white light erupted around Shadin and he soon found himself on what resembled martian soil. However, to his knowledge, the conditions of this planet were more comparable to Earth's own features. The oxygen levels were at 25%, the air pressure was relatively stable and the temperature was a humid, but bearable one hundred degrees.

All in all, it shouldn't be too difficult for him to endure this climate. With his crimson eyes surveying the scenery, he could only give a slight chuckle as to how uncreative and boring this field was. But, as a warm wind blew his pale white air against the breeze, as to did the passing thought of fruitlessness passed his mind. As in, it was pointless to worry about it as there was no doubt the two of them would have reduced this arena to rubble regardless of whatever The Platinum Heart constructed.

So, he'd only let out a small chuckle to himself and let the hot gust of air flow over him like a welcome burst of relaxation. With each burst of current that blew against him, the harder his clothing seemed to flap against the wind. Hence, as he tapped his alabaster and stone striped shirt, an invisible reflective field was put into place around his body. With his minds calculations? He figured he should passively put this ability into effect in case anything crazy occurred that he couldn't estimate or account for.

Which meant, that despite how windy the battlefield was becoming, the flailing of his clothing and hair ceased. This then allowed the male to let out a soft sigh as he placed each of his hands inside of his ashen jeans. With the way his neutral disposition looked, one would assume that Shadin was taking this as another walk on the beach. And, in a sense: it was. After enduring the countless battles he had over the past four hundred years? This was natural for The Beast as The Yuudeshi blood craved a good challenge, a fierce brawl and worthy foe.

Even in his controlled state, that craving still existed and he couldn't deny that it was guiding him towards this event. But, even so, he wouldn't let it totally consume him like it did in years pass. No. The Beast would focus this battle lust and use it with the utmost of care. Ensuring that he himself would not become devoured by its grasp and once again turn into that monster that killed, destroyed and fought with utter disregard for anyone and anything.

Therefore, as he kicked a lone rock across the field, he'd similarly project those negative feelings away from himself and focus on bringing the positive of this power out for Tsubasa to see. So that meant that all that was left to do now was prepare himself for the brawl to come. And, on that line of thought, did the announcer for this tournament respond to that will.

"MATCH SET: SHADIN YUUDESHI VS TSUBASA UNABARA CLEARED!"

In that booming and excited voice, it seemed that his catch match against The Pale Rider had been set to go. A deafening buzzing sound crept across the area and it was assumed that Shadin was clear to begin the battle. Thus, he'd start things off simple and allow a summoning of his energy to scatter across the field. In this way, a white haze would cover the desert and a flowing of silver and ocean blue energy would overflow from Shadin's body. He was tapping into his rich pool of spiritual energy and was ready to pit against Tsubasa's own ungodly energies to see who would come out on top with this match.

So, with the stage set, all that was left to do was greet his opponent:

"Oi, let's get this show on the road, Shinigami."

And with that gruff and tired tone, The Beast of Karakura welcomed his foe and began cracking his neck to get the blood flowing within himself and the dust ridden off his abilities. For now it was time to show what he was made of and he wasn't going to back down from his purpose for being in this tournament. So the Unabara would need his absolute A-Game to stand in the ring with The Beast and no less.

Resolution comes with a price, the Zero Division Leader and newly Captain of the Fifth Division made his path towards the battlefield. His blade he obtained from the Core guided him with a wisdom unlike anything of the world's understanding. His eyes of crimson stared over the soon to be battlefield. A white Haori of the Fifth Division flowed on his figure as he remained still looking over the place. He arrived at his own pace not caring about the outcome only what experience he could gain. With his arrival something became clear, Tsubasa had certainly gotten stronger in his time on that Core. His power and strength were impressive as his spiritual pressure hit the area. Anyone not prepared would of lost the wind as the very place shook from the force of his arrival. Tsubasa the Pale Rider had arrived, his eyes looked towards the Beast. Something hungry about his own eyes, how many moons had passed. Since he was able to seriously fight an enemy without concern. How long had it been since he unleashed his full might without concern for anything? No life around them to concern over, no enemies to hold back on. Here he could fight without restraint and he fully intended to do so. That said Tsubasa was a fighter who had an intense focus and was able to sharply apply that to his fighting skills. The Soul King trusted him with Zero Division and even allowed him to aide the Gotei 13 as a Captain. His eyes looked over Shadin Yuudeshi, the Beast of Karakura. He sensed hunger inside him, both he and the Beast rarely if ever could use their full power. People simply weren't capable of handling it nor was the earth itself. Tsubasa restrained his moves and held back, here their was no need for it. They both knew it but something they both knew as well was their enemy. Tsubasa was well aware Shadin's power like his own was around electricity. Both were virtually immune to hits by that so it removed that as a power giving either the advantage. Tsubasa wasn't one for boasting, but from what he saw of the figure of Shadin.

Both of them were roughly in the same area speed wise, though that was an educated guess from his experience and what he'd heard. His eyes could pick up the muscles and see them fairly well and give a rough estimate, he figured they were roughly even in speed. So what would decide the fight, the unknowns of course. Tsubasa's sword skills were on the table along with his Tachyons. Shadin had more then what he knew about, so both parties were hiding some skills. Tsubasa was also very well versed in kido, though he knew very well the only reason he was in Fifth. Was because no other outlet for his strength was there. He wasn't so empty anymore, but his emptiness remained within his soul. Tsubasa found peace and understood why, the only thing to itch this scratch was one thing. Tsubasa looked at the figure of Shadin Yuudeshi, perhaps he could learn something here. Tsubasa drew his sword from it's sheath only drawing one for now. Tsubasa hid one other thing about himself, he was completely ambidextrous. And very capable of adjusting his power and swinging evenly with his arms, he wasn't dominant in a single arm. Two swords waited to be used but for he'd fight with his Zanpakutō. Tsubaki and his family were guided to a new horizon, he brought them to a place no one else could of. His name was legend within the Gotei 13, spoke in awe now. He'd made an impact, but they had no clue just how strong he was. His one goal had yet to be met, it was time to do so. Time to surpass Yamamoto completely, his eyes glowed as he looked on. Spiritual pressure was released as Tsubasa signaled Shadin it was time to fight. This battle was ready to begin as he gave his blade a flick the entire ground beneath it shattered and was destroyed leaving a crater where he'd done so. Tsubasa wasn't holding back against this enemy his orbs locked on. Giving his sword a swing he sent a shock wave towards the figure of Shadin. The cut slicing through the land headed towards Shadin's location.

How would he react that was the question to be had at the moment. Tsubasa watched to gauge his enemy, would a Shikai activation be how the battle began or perhaps Tsubasa would use his new sword's power soon. He could manipulate metal and do a few things with that as he let his reiatsu flow freely finally. It felt good to release those limiters he held in place to fight the Beast. What would the first action be, that was the mystery behind the door. The door he and the Beast put up was gonna get opened, two monsters were about to release the beasts from the cages. His eyes of red stared at the figure of Shaidn and looked into the depths of the man watching for a single movement. Would Shadin avoid it or simply knock the slash away, that was the question. Tsubasa decided to activate a Tiger mirror now cloaking the object in Kyokko so that Shadin's objects wouldn't detect it. He formed a special static electricity around the object to make the Yuudeshi network unable to scan it if possible. Tsubasa was a strategist and just being careful how he fought this battle.

"Guess it's time we show them." The Beast would get his meaning he figured that this wasn't going to be like the other fights. Tsubasa and Shadin were the strongest of their race in many arguments. Tsubasa knew it well enough that his strength wasn't perfect, that one other stood above him in power. Though dead he was still intent on keeping a promise made. Ibiki and Koichi were promised that he'd surpass Yamamoto and that wasn't done yet. So it was time to work on that little matter, it wasn't a matter of pride but being a man of his word. No need to proclaim it to heaven it would simply be no need for such things. Tsubasa gripped his sword tightly, the layers were in place for the battle. Tiger Mirror was set for the next move of the figure of Shadin. He judged the distance at around ten meters apart, giving them time to react fairly easy. Shadin knew well enough he imagined that Tsubasa wanted to see how the beast would react. And the speed of which he did, everything was education in a fight. It allowed him to gauge things and maybe even use a move later if his enemy showed too much. The Pale Rider and the Beast would clash and this world would tumble into destruction.

Artist: Iuchi Maiko - Song: Time Limit - Word Count: 1156
Oh?

It seemed that the male was coming out of the gate -- literally -- swinging.

There was a large sum of power that surged forth from the blade which The Pale Unabara carried and it caused The Beast of Karakura to let out a slight chuckle. At least with this linear of an attack, the processes of The Yuudeshi's ever-moving mind could analyze, predict and understand the values needed in order to deal with what was going to come next. Scanning the trajectory, estimating the potential damage and elements associated with this strike; the counter was simple enough with his reflective shield in place.

As the earth around him started turning into dust, Shadin could only let out a sly whistle as everything was reduced to rubble not even a few seconds into the fight. In fact, even the sight of the male became unseeable when this plum of dust covered the portion of the battlefield The Beast stood upon. However, as this wave of destruction smashed against his edge of the arena -- there was a whirring sound that hissed across the area and the smoke, debris and energy around Shadin was reflected from him.

"Interesting, but very dangerous, Shinigami."

When the ash had finally settled, The Beast of Karakura was still standing on a solid chunk of land with each of his hands still inside of the male's pocket. While the surroundings around his body were obliterated to hell and back, The Yuudeshi still stood without a single scratch or sweat stain to be found. In fact, he was outright smiling at the show given to him. How could this be?

"Pressure. Momentum. Destiny. The values read from that attack were befitting that of a 0 division rank Shinigami. No doubt about it."

The voice of the male at this moment seemed intrigued, but still firmly relaxed and in control of the situation. However -- why shouldn't it be? While he no longer relished in the title of having The Mind of God, the nature of his abilities wasn't given that nickname for hot air. In the perception of The Beast, the values of the universe were his to decipher at such a leisurely pace. And, in turn, his to form appropriate and suitable counters against.

"However, that alone won't be enough to reach my skin, Shinigami."

With a soft sigh, The Beast of Karakura took in the sights and let the smell of scorched earth enter into his nostrils. After soaking up the scenery and the sense of raw power in the air, his crimson eyes darted back towards Tsubasa. In that stare filled with curiosity, the blood red gaze of the male could give off the impression that it was dissecting and examining every last bit of The Unabara's essence. When the look faded from the male's face, The Yuudeshi smirked once again and it seemed he had what he needed.

"By the way: just who do you take me for, Pale Rider? C'mon, man."

The sound of The Yuudeshi seemed to almost -- teleport -- straight to the distance where the concealed objects were located. With two snaps of his finger, a source of white light bled on to the field. In the midst of this action, a whirring noise once again was heard emitting from the male's body and a sense of dissolving energy oozed into the atmosphere around them. When this motion passed, the light which was once bended by Kyokko reverted back to its original state and the Tiger Mirror would more than likely be unveiled at that point.

"Bending the particles of light around you to shield your next attack? It was ideal in theory, but not so much in practice."

In that same sentence would the two Tiger Mirror's then be met with enough kinetic force to break straight through a mountainside comparable to Mount Fuji. Indeed, in that instant it would have felt like The Beast of Karakura leapt straight into action and started attacking with unrelenting force. Yet, as he stood before The Pale Rider, The Yuudeshi appeared as if he hadn't moved a single inch.

"But from the millisecond I needed to evaluate that alteration, your trick was calculated to be useless, Captain-Senpai."

There was a sense of jovial banter heard in the tone of the male's voice after he bridged the gap between him and The Lone Unabara. The words spoken weren't given in malicious intent, but similar to a playful youth enjoying a game of hide and seek with an adult. After all, Tsubasa was centuries older than him. But alas, this was a fight and he needed to start taking it a bit more seriously.

Hence, The Yuudeshi emerged behind The Unabara and a sensation of sheer kinetic energy may have very well swept over the Golden Haired fighter. This force was comparable to unleashing a kinetic bombardment across the limbs of the swordsmen. One capable of obliterating this landscape five times over, but guided to solely implode across his appendages. The probable outcome for his body, should it take the full extent of this assault, may lead to bones being crushed or broken, organs injured and strained, copious amounts of blood lost and a sense the the volume of his spiritual energy was mauled by an actual cheetah. As, in this assault, Tsubasa may have found that his reishi suffered quite the pounding.

At least, if everything went according to plan.

Nevertheless, The Beast of Karakura seemed to ever be moving in blips of time. For, as soon as that incursion began was the same second in time where he appeared behind The Unabara with a smirk across his face. Heart race increased, adrenaline pumped and the mind of The Yuudeshi was starting to become livid and filled with thought. Indeed, there was no need to hold back what he could do here.

"And you can have this back to, Captain-Senpai."

Grinning at this point, The Yuudeshi pointed his right palm backwards and released an explosion of velocity, pressure and density at the spine of The Pale Rider. It yielded enough strength to further cement this area into an oblivion, but the destructive qualities of it seemed to be compressed and slowly meant to explode across every square inch of the male's body. Thus, while the sounds of an explosion rocked the planet, it would feel as if an asteroid collided straight into Tsubasa's body and the impact could send him hurdling across the landscape like a fast moving ball ready to strike a home run.

"So tell me, Shinigami who rides the horse of death and brings Hades in his wake, do you have what it takes to bring down one of humanity's strongest?"

After uttering those words to The Pale Rider, The Beast of Karakura turned around and prepared for whatever sight he would be graced with.

So the power behind that attack wasn't enough to even make the male dodge. It meant a higher percentage of force would be needed, also the light bending kido would be of little use here. So his choices were growing slimmer at the moment, his sword play wasn't out yet. He didn't want to unveil his hand just yet of the power of his new weapon. He'd not used it or shown the second sword to them who sought it. But Tsubasa did have something that he'd yet to unveil, focus beyond focus. He focused on Shadin and made sure to watch and focus every ounce into his surroundings. The tiger mirror provided the damage source he needed as it shattered, kinetic force was the answer. As for speed, the acceleration was impressive but no need to unveil his trump cards yet. His regular speed was enough to keep up with Shadin's movement. His focus allowed him to move faster then most people when he remained still. He became part of the current, letting the world sweep him towards the next destination. The information gained was valuable, the amount of force to make the Yuudeshi dodge would need to be higher. Tsubasa turned and moved now.

His sword moving and intercepting every blow and putting out an extra with each swing. Using speed and kinetic force to counter attack the Yuudeshi's moves, he was hitting each blow and keeping up. Tsubasa's movements were getting progressively faster, he was able to increase hiss word speed faster then this. The palm strike was coming was going to be faster, so he stepped his speed up again. Tsubasa increased the force in his arm sending a huge amount of kinetic force out as the blows collided it would destroy almost the entire area.

A bunker buster of force released by these two, they were feeling out each other. Tsubasa got what he wanted to know, he didn't move his blade. Knowing Shadin would likely catch it, Tsubasa prepared ahead of time something just in case of such a result. Shadin's body and the area were building up static and well that was only one. He caused the area to blow up, sending static force all over the body of Shadin into an explosion.

Shadin was jovial and enjoyed talking, well so did Tsubasa on one end. Everything was in play now, Tsubasa had caused the explosion now it was time for a follow up. He could go a bit further now, his power felt strong. Was it almost time to step up his game to the next stage. Shadin was certainly good enough to fight him when he used both swords. Everything had gone according to calculation thus far. It was fast almost without warning a huge amount of energy shot from Tsubasa's hand a massive amount. It went for miles as he released that huge kido blast, his breath exhaled softly. Hadō 88 wasn't too hard to use, he did use a chant, saying it silently so the Yuudeshi wouldn't see it. Every fiber of focus needed to be prepared for the next move.

The entire place was a plum and had become covered in clouds after the clash between these titans. He exhaled a breath, should he use his power of disappearing and try something from the blind side? No this wasn't war so no need for such underhanded tactics. He glanced to his sword examining the Zanpakutō closely from the distance. No damage was sustained, his kinetic energy was enough to shield it from the blows. The speed and power behind the blows were enough to protect it. He would need to combine his radar with the powers he had at this point. The power to detect someone through certain means, Shadin was like a blimp on a radar.

Mostly because he gave off the same exact type of lightning Tsubasa did. Though he was certain both members realized the minor part that would play. Tsubasa mulled over releasing his shikai as he drew the second sword now. It wasn't quite time to use the power in the blade. But it was about time he started fighting the Beast for real. Tsubasa exhaled a breath, it was time to see this defender of Karakura's skills up front. Tsubasa focused on everything, nothing was beyond his focus. He would find the Yuudeshi and react as quickly as he could. Perhaps it was time for him to show the Yuudeshi the God Step, he couldn't draw the trump cards of Shadin without something new.

The first step was realizing that, he could cast kido from his blades as well. Nothing that a little focus didn't help. It was a bit challenging but in this situation, those would be the trump cards. Tachyon energy was stable within his body for now, he didn't release that energy yet. Or allow it's presence to be known to the Yuudeshi, for now it was trump cards. He could keep up with Shadin and the only question was what next.

What would tilt this battle in one person's favor, they both were strong and capable warriors. Tsubasa was a student, he saw what Shadin was doing. Using the Yuudeshi network, that was really one of his great strengths. Shadin had that thing which was likely the greatest on the earth, but it couldn't predict one thing. Instinct, a fighter's instinct was valuable and perhaps more important. Tsubasa knew where Shadin would show up when he moved, he was able to predict the attack on his back. That was an obvious place to attack from, he exhaled a breath.

"Time to get a bit more serious.."

Artist: Elfire - Song: Bitter Valentine - Word Count: 2287

On your mark, get set, DESTROY EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!

That was the first thought to come into the mind of The Yuudeshi as he turned around and was met with a predictable sight of destruction, decay and earth shattering annihilation. So, to that scene, the albino could only let out a sly whistle at Tsubasa starting to get a bet testy. However, that wouldn't play too much in his favor. All this obliteration was nice, but it wasn't exactly going to get him anywhere if his opponent already understood the protocols to stop it dead. It took more precision and tack to take down a Beast of his caliber, after all!

So, as the speed of their battle intensified, the adrenaline within Shadin's body increased and as to did his jovial nature. In fact, he seemed to be taking this more like a kid riding his bike for the first time as opposed to a serious battle. Then again, that was the nature of the Yuudeshi, was it not? They were a clan that thrived on battle. The further, harder and deeper they fought -- the more their minds became warped, aggressive and outright dangerous and homicidal. It was a dangerous cocktail -- but Shadin knew better than to give into pure instinct and blood lust. It certainly didn't get his friend Radioactive anywhere.

Digressing, this trip down memory lane was broken by the all too familiar sound of machines whirring following the larger than life explosion Tsubasa unleashed. However, in this burst -- nothing was destroyed. In fact, the lightning scattered throughout the field retracted and seemed to retract inward towards Shadin. His eyes widened at that point with energy and life as his body broke down the static electricity, removed any type of toxins or spying devices and converted the lightning into sheer power.

"Arigatō."

Was all Shadin could say as he let off a sly smirk. It seemed that he was back in peak fighting condition now that he had a bit of food to nimble on. After all, who would use static electricity against a former electromaster? Certainly not his wisest move. And if he was planning on gathering data from that -- forget about it. All traces of his influence were stripped bare the millisecond this lightning retracted towards The Beast. Almost as if the priorities within it -- had been wiped clean off the slate.

"A bit winded there, eh?"

Hollered out Shadin in good fun when the smoke and dust settled. He definitely took notice of Tsubasa taking in some heavy breathes, while The Yuudeshi himself still was giddy with joy and gave no the slightest impression of fatigue or even effort at this point. If nothing else, it should be a tale-tale sign to The Pale Rider that these methods were not having much of an effect on The Beast.

But, then again -- Yuudeshi's were known to be arrogant bastards! Why not have a little bit of fun and toy with their prey before going in for the kill?

Or -- a bit of fun before snack time!

As a beam of pure destructive electricity shot off towards The Beast, Shadin was seen still relaxing without a care in the world as his hands lay firmly within his pocket -- still not even so much as lifting his hands throughout the duration of this battle thus far.

"Nein!"

When the burst of electricity hit, there was that same whirring sound repeating itself again as the collective blast froze still -- and retracted itself within The Beast of Karakura as the same protocols from earlier were repeated once more. And, in that moment, another eruption of power was felt within The Beast of Karakura as he started laughing almost manically. This move would prove to come back to haunt Tsubasa. As, in that instance, the male had an overpowering pick me up as his energy was sky-rocketing at this point. It was the essence of cocaine were injected straight into his soul and made him high as all living hell!

THIS WAS TOO MUCH!

"Pay more attention, Captain-Senpai~"

Following those taunting words, The Beast nudged his head towards his Zanpukto. At this time, he'd then notice that from all the blows he exchanged with Shadin -- weren't just for show. In fact, that entire blade was covered in his influence at that point in time. This then meant that he could tinker with that weapon as he saw fit. So, his eyes emitted a sharp glow and that same bizarre sense of energy overshadowed the area.

"Rot. Rust. Corruption."

Those three words were what The Yuudeshi uttered out as he grinned sadistically. For, in that space of time, the sword which Tsubasa used to assault him with would begin to have a rusted tint to it. In fact, he may even feel essential power draining from it. The entire material of the sword would then lose its cutting power, stopping force and durability in one foul go.

How could this be? Value manipulation. Acting as a medium, the energy particles of Shadin were adjusting the compound materials of Tsubasa's weapons in order to otherwise decay them. Of course, he wouldn't break his Zanpukto, but fighting with that blade would prove futile. At least as long as this battle took place. By crippling it with his absurd ability and energy, that blade would be nothing more than a paperweight during the duration of this battle if he had his way.

But, if that wasn't enough, the spiritual atoms of Shadin's energy reacted once again and utilized their abilities to otherwise induce velocity within the blades. In turn, they programmed a set trajectory for the atmosphere and sought to fling each of his swords straight out of the planet and into deep-space. He could get them back, sure -- but only when this match ended. That was the intent, anyway.

"And down you go."

For the first time, Shadin would pull his right hand out of his pocket, snap its finger and a dense summoning of energy came forth in the area. In that motion, the body of Tsubasa may have very well sustained critical damage. Why would this be? Well, since he sustained direct combat with The Yuudeshi for this prolonged period, it wasn't that difficult for him to have marked his body during their exchanges. And, in doing so, this allowed him a means to promote further usage of his special ability to increase the gravity around them -- by one thousand times.

Now, this certainly wasn't an attack to take lightly. Even if he did have some special ability to counter it, there would definitely be some sort of mark left by an attack like that. For this dense energy spread for five hundred meters in every direction and sought to crush the very essence of life of Tsubasa. Flesh, bone, tendons, organs; every fiber of The Pale Rider was meant to be driven into a fine coma.

In turn, this could cause massive internal bleeding, large portions of his bones shattering, breaking or fracturing into oh-so-many pieces and damage or destruction of many organs. Not only that, but his hearing may outright be removed from the smashing of his eardrums. And sight? Ha, the same can be said for the compression of his eyelids from this force.

Mobility. Durability. Strength. Senses. All of these critical areas were directed during this otherworldly assault. And, with Shadin not being an opponent to only target one layer, the metaphysical attributes of The Lone Unabara were targeted as well. With a few alterations to the frequency his attack operated on, the supernatural capacities of the male's body would begin to waver as well. Under this dome of gravitational pull, Shadin modified the values of the area in order to even constrict the production, spread and usage of reishi from Tsubasa's body.

What does this mean? Easy: anything that required energy would be crushed and crippled the instant it came to the surface. Attacks would have their potency dropped by almost half and Tsubasa would find it increasingly different to summon his abilities. Furthermore, with this being an offensive attack, even the volume of reishi within himself held a HIGH chance of losing some of its quantities and pushing him further towards the brink of incantation slowly but steadily.

And, given the additional damage his blade took? If they hadn't been sent into orbit at this point, they may very well be snapped or broken in two by how much force Shadin was applying at this point. This was simply the nature of someone who wielded enough power to even keep The Blood Queen herself at bay. In his own right, Shadin at this point could be considered a demigod and his new fond strength reflected that point very heavily.

But, more than that, Tsubasa himself was to blame for this additional assault as well. Since, with each of those electric attacks, the male had given Shadin additional energy to add to the fire and bolster his health to peak levels. This was because his body could indeed absorb the numerous static and electric shots The Pale Rider shot off at him and augment the attributes of Shadin's abilities to an even higher extent than when he started off with.

So, with that said, the only thing left to do here was target his soul chain, crack it and render his abilities negated at this point. Thus, the additional gravitational force amplified itself to supernatural levels and sought to fracture the Soul Chain of The Unabara through the direct contact he held with The Yuudeshi. Should this prove to be potent, then The Pale Rider would be reduced back to his lowest base state and hopefully taken out of the fight in the best case scenario. For he would not have his Zanpukto call upon from the damage inflicted upon the utmost center of his spirit.

And, even if he could get past that, there were still the other two previous assaults to deal with. Henceforth, this is what it meant to be in the presence of The Beast of Karakura when he started tossing his weight around. There was no point in needing to hold back much because his opponent should be able to otherwise understand the nature of the battle he got himself into before stepping foot in this ring.

"You focused too much on the destructive capacities of your abilities, Captain-Senpai. You say you are a master of deduction, but you failed to notice the signs of my hand moving. To fight with humanity's strongest, you'll need a lot more than just brute strength to win."

As his tone became more buoyant in nature, the grin smeared across The Yuudeshi's face became ever bigger as he felt himself coming alive with the atmosphere of this battle. Oh yes, it felt all too right to use his powers to this extent. It reminded him of the days during the early phases of the Yuudeshi Project where he was taken back by wonder by the extent it pushed his powers. Except, this time, he wouldn't let it get to his head. It was time to try and put an end to things and he'd conclude it -- with an artificial blackhole!

Pulling out each of his hands now, The Yuudeshi tightened them and began to induce his own black hole in order to consume, devour and outright rip apart the spiritual matter of Tsubasa's being. This, in turn would lead to a heavy amount of damage and injury inflicted upon his body as this dense wave of darkness spread throughout a two hundred meter radius. If successful, then the blackhole would tear apart the dimensional fabric of this plane and seek to send Tsubasa back into the medical chambers of The Platinum Heart Arena's first-response team. If nothing else, should all of this prove potent enough to stop him, then they could patch him up easily enough.

"If you are still around, why not release? You should know my base state if quite abnormal if you haven't sensed the amount of energy my body is producing. If you don't release, this battle is as good as mine, Captain-Senpai~"

And with that, Shadin would say no more and he'd await to see the results of his onslaught upon The Lone Unabara. Of course, many would see this as boasting, but in reality -- it was the truth. The purpose and intents of Shadin's abilities were to make him strong enough to not have to release into his more taxing forms. And, with the data from the Yuudeshi Project's experiment, at one point he was strong enough to fight Yuri Yowell, a Zero Division member, and two other released Captains at the same time while fighting Tsubasa EXACTLY as he is. So why, in this scenario, should the results be different if he doesn't release? That's what the projections foretold and the future didn't look too bright if he refused to release.

So, once the dust would settle, was this assault going to leave its mark and would Tsubasa heed the warnings of The Yuudeshi? Only the mistress of time knew those answers.

Process complete and calculations were done, his eyes saw the rust and in that exact second something went around his frame. Tachyon infused with lightning creating an emp field which would disrupt the use of Vectors from here on, Tsubasa didn't take chances any further. His Zanpakutō was wounded he ran his hand along the edge and creating a metal layer of equal strength to it covering it while it healed. That wouldn't take him very long to revert it his eyes focused on Shadin now. Shadin said something but with the field up that he created, those weapons weren't going anywhere. Tsubasa sighed softly, he wasn't going to get out of this matter without using trump cards. He was immune for now to the vectors and what they did, Shadin's mark hit a vector emp wave that was up. This was the first trump card, by studying tachyons and learning about them he discovered vectors were real. His new sword gave him knowledge but the rumor Shadin or someone could control them seemed off. When he saw his Zanpakutō that way it confirmed it thus meaning he'd use that field.

For now around his frame was an anti-vector barrier. It acted through tachyons, infused with an emp type wave which targeted vector attacks directly. In short no more vectors on Tsubasa directly, this would allow him to fight. Did this change things, not as much as someone would think. Shadin's fighting style had been figured out as well. Energy based attacks were out since he could absorb them, he exhaled a soft breath. So that meant everything needed to be either point blank to prevent him from absorbing it. Or on the other hand, he slowly pulled out his second sword from it's sheath, it wasn't rusted or damaged yet. He'd not begun using it Tsubasa sighed and decided to show Shadin something frightening. The gravity field in place had no effect on Tsubasa, Shadin maybe didn't know this but Tsubasa trained under much heavier gravity and was known to push himself to near death for results. But this was like a stroll in his training zone.

"You live up to your reputation, I don't normally release right away...If you could humor me though, I'd like to try something out..Haven't had any sparing partners or fighters I could test it on..Even Ibiki-san would be critically wounded by this and I doubt medicine we have could heal her..But with your abilities it should be fine..I've not fought with this weapon yet, but it feels comfortable..I'll release shikai after this...you have my word." Tsubasa exhaled softly and prepared, tachyons infused both swords this would let them cut through that nasty barrier. He was going to cut the very particles of the Yuudeshi, his atoms and genetic make up. He tapped his toe to the ground, Shukuchi the God Step a move that was so fast even the Shunpo feel short of it. He'd gotten used to the speed tachyon energy generated and had trained his bodies endurance. This was only the beginning, he shot forward and vanished completely. Tsubasa appeared behind Shadin to cut him, but this was only a blur of action that had already happened. It could still wound Shadin however, so the threat was their for this double. The real one had come right in front, swinging his swords so fast and with enough strength.

But something was off, Tsubasa didn't need to hit or even touch Shadin this time. Those swords only needed to enter into the field of movement of the Yuudeshi, Tsubasa sighed softly after viewing the results of atom slicing. He wasn't sure what effect it had on people so testing it here was idle. The results were in and just like he promised he used a shunpo of amazing speed and vanished. He breathed in air, so releasing shikai was the only way to fight this Yuudeshi. His physical prowess didn't make up for the power that Shadin had, the Core was useful. But depending on the result of cutting Shadin's atoms it was unlikely that it would be merely enough to win. He was arrogant but not so arrogant to miscalculate the odds that much. Shadin was the favorite here and he couldn't afford to go quietly this time.

"I'm a man of my word I'll release now, atom cutting is a new power I developed..I wondered what happens to a person who's atom was sliced..Thanks for humoring me. Feast, Byakko." Now two issues sprung in his mind, Shadin could absorb energy so he decided every ounce of electricity and static he normally generated outwards would be around his entire body. Around him completely as he exhaled a breath as metal began to form around the entire area, he reached a hand out. Shadin didn't know about this perhaps either, but he'd generated a lot of static build up by moving like that. His movements were something that gave the Pale Rider a new tool. Or maybe he did know, he'd let it build up for now. His eyes stared down as the metal began to form. Atom slicing, he was able to use his Zanpakutō to do it somewhat this time as well. Tachyon energy was the answer for this fight, Tsubasa felt it come off his body again. But rather then letting it go he sucked it in, using it more now as a fighting element. The Yuudeshi could absorb energy so all fighting would need to be up front. Tsubasa looked at him and swords came from all sides attempting to pierce him. He infused them with Tachyonic energy and something to cut through the atoms. Tsubasa was going to see what he could do right now. He was an excellent swordsman and something else.

The attack around him was a decoy, a sword emerged from the ground and came at the Beast's rib cage. Aiming to gut the silver haired Yuudeshi, but the question was did he have sensors that he could use. Tsubasa could fight this way in Shikai generating metal swords was easy. They weren't made of direct energy so making Shadin absorb them seemed unlikely. What healing skills did the Yuudeshi have was the main question, his shoulders cracked as he thought about everything. Tsubasa wasn't even in the ball park of Shadin's brain or Kisukes. But he could figure things out fairly fast given time.

Normally he would attack with lightning infused metal and fight his enemies that way, but now he'd drawn in all the lightning and electricity he generated and used it in a way as a field around his body. Shunko like in it's nature he was able to do a lot with this defensive armor. The sword coming from the ground was imbued and shot with a tachyon energy, railgun based move sending it from Shadin's blind spot. It would cut atoms and be extremely hard to dodge. The angle kept it from even coming near Tsubasa, he set himself up so that particular shot would go high and left of him. Now it was true something had to be considered what if the Yuudeshi corrected the vector of the object. Then perhaps he would be able to do so..Tsubasa had an idea, he would need time to figure it out.

"Core, is it possible that we can cut a Vector?" He thought so both Zanpakutō and Core could hear it only. He was going to wait for an answer, but if he could that would be a fine weapon. Atom cutting seemed like one stage, but what if Tsubasa could see and cut the vectors for a short time. He could learn something about them fighting Shadin. They controlled values of objects much like his wounded Zanpakutō which was healing. But the question was, what would happen if he literally cut a vector from Shadin..Could they be repaired what would the result be, the question hung in the air as he focused on Shadin. That could be the thing that gave him control over the entire battle.
