Appearance:

Clothing: Arron is well known for his style of clothing. He is almost always seen wearing a large black trench coat. The coat he wears is a little too big and bag for him normally. However Arron wears a full suit of armor underneath his coat. Every time he moves a rough outline of his armor can be seen through the thick leather. The only parts not covered by the coat where his hands, feet, and his head. Since he wears a full suit of armor parts of his gauntlets and boots can be seen. His gauntlets are a high polished orange metal with claw like tips. The metal, even though it is highly polished can still see numerous scratches on it. His boots on the other hand are made from the same orange metal, but they are of a dull and dusted appearance. This is because he spends his time walk long distances and he doesn’t see the point in polishing them because of it. As for his head he wears a straw hat that is a pale tan from being bleached in the sun for years. The Japanese style hat has a brim large enough for his eyes, and nose to be hidden. The last feature that he wears is a large holster attached to the armor through lines in the coat. The Coat can be easily be removed with out the catching on the holster. The holster itself it is a large three feet by two feet container that can hold up to twelve blades. To make sure that the case stays in place it uses a metal weave that can with stand great stress with out being strained.

Physical Appearance: Arron’s looks completely human, apart from every few tell-tell signs. His skin tone is white, but not overly pale as some would think for always wearing a coat. His features are reminiscent of a strong chiseled with a hard crisp look. His eyes are a pale blue with orange marbled through out. When using his power his pupils become slits like a reptile, and the orange marbling glows. His ears look completely normal apart from the small points at the top. His hair is a bright orange that is always slightly spiked. If Arron’s hair catches the light just right then it would shine much like a crystal being held up to the light. His body is that of a medium built that sit more on the lean side. He also has one mark on the back of his neck that signifies that he is a dragoon. The mark is that of a two dragon wings circling a sun with twelve points, and an eye like silt in the middle. Below the wings is two claws holding an open dragons eye, and above the wings is a par of horns that twist into a shape of a circlet.

Armor, Dragon Lord: Arron’s Dragon Lord armor is the armor he wears underneath his coat. The armor is designed to be form fitting and less bulk with the greatest amount of protection. The armor takes more of a curved design and has very few harsh angles that can be seen. Although the design is curved, it is curved in away that airflow is pushed around him; much like the rotor blade of a helicopter. The metals color is a burnt orange with a high polish on most of the armor. The metal the armor is made from a metal that can conduct elemental energy giving the wearer a boost with their elemental attacks. There is a second layer of protection to this armor as well. The first layer is not a strong metal, so heavier attack can pierce it. The second layer is a durably metal that has been shaped into a strands and weaved into a suit. This material can take a beating before breaking. The last piece of the suit comes from his helmet. It design is a simple dragon shape that matches the rest of the armor frame. It covers most of Arron’s face, apart from his mouth. This piece of armor is able to hide beneath his coat. By taking of his hat and coat, he is able to active the helmet with a much effort as raising a finger.

Armor, Caliber: Arron’s Caliber is the complete opposite of his Dragon Lord armor. The Dragon Lord armor increase Arron’s attack, with a decent defense while Caliber is designed for defense. Caliber armor shares the same curved design, but is bulky suit of armor that still somewhat resembles human shape. This suit is much more round and even has a helmet with a full facial cover. It is made from four layers of materials hence the large bulk. The first layer is a material designed to absorb and store forms of supernatural energies. However this ability will not active unless a catalyze is used. The second and fourth layers are made from the same crystal circuitry net. The one on the out side is used to collect incoming energy from the outer layer, while the fourth is designed to collect any energy that would give away Arron’s position. The third layer is made from plates of depleted uranium. This is what gives the Caliber it high defensive properties, but sacrifices a good chunk of Arron’s speed due to it’s weight.

Personality:

Quite Listener: Arron is normally a silent person that prefers just to listen instead of talking. This is due to his inclination to his element of thunder a.k.a. sound. This is away of thought, or a type of school with those who practiced the same art. It is the idea of to control something one most first know it. Now Arron normally sits down crossed legged sipping tea. This is how he would most likely interact with people. During his interactions he would save every few words and only if it was something that he thought would be necessary for others to hear.

Loyal: If someone because friends with Arron, he would fight with them through thick and thin. Although if he would be forced to choose between he moral code, or is friends, he would have to choose his code. Now that does not mean he would abandon his friends. He would try to find the best path for both, but if there was no other way he would have to choose his code.

Neutral: Even though Arron is classified under Good, he is very neutral most of the time. If he would stumble onto a conflict he would not get involved right away. He would try to find out what was happening before entering. This is only way of thought even though he doesn’t always follow it. Mainly his Neutral attitude is that of easy going. He prefers to be in perfect balance with most things. However due to another of his personality traits he can lose that balance fairly easy.

Spilt Personalities: Due to his race unique properties Arron has a slight personality disorder. This is rare among his race since only knowledge and power is transferred to the next generation. However Arron was different in he caught glimpses of memories. Only one of the past holders of his dragoon spirit he was able to remember with clarity. It didn’t help that this person turned into a Dragar, a evil version of the Dragoons. During the first couple thousand years these memories haunted Arron. How ever Arron was able to conquer them and gained a new power in the process. This new power is that he is able to channel different memories and use past skills in combat. His personality will also change slight to make the original owner.

Rash: This is one of Arron’s down falls. Normally Arron tries to be cool, claim, and collected. However that isn’t always the truth. At times Arron will jump the gun and act upon the first thing he thinks. This has come back and bites him in the backside before and will again. Most of time this happens when he is stress and does not think clearly. Although it could be a physical trait of being a Dragoon since he has dragon traits.

Back Grounds

(Dragoon Background.)

The Dragoon race, is that of mighty beings that are famed for being protectors. Other see Dragoons as mediators to mighty dragons. They are also known as powerful elementalist, being that can control the twelve elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Stone, Metal, Nature, Ice, Light, Shadow, Lightning, and Thunder. This caused many to venerate them, also fear them. However the Dragoon’s have a strict code of conduct that they follow all their lives.

The Dragoon’s code revolves around five tenets: To Protect, To Learn, To Guide, To Create, and To Understand. Each of these elements a Dragoon must learn, and struggle with daily to keep themselves in check. If a Dragoon fails to keep these tenets then they slowly find them slipping any. The reason being is that most of the early Dragoons were once human. However they were granted a power that they could not fathom. The power came from that of Dragons, and with it came their knowledge and power. A Dragoon that fails the tenets turns into a Dragar, a twisted version of what Dragoons were meant to be. A Dragar would seek the opposites of the Dragoons. These are: To Harm, To Remove Knowledge, To Hinder, To Destroy, and To Rule Over.

To all humans with a dragon’s gift, they struggle with the foreign knowledge with in them. They see the world in a different light because of it and they struggle to not hamper the balance. They still retain the knowledge that made them human, but with new powers they transcend that what made them human. They gained A lifespan longer then any who had lived before them. Power that could face a hundred men without flinching. Thing that a human mind couldn’t comprehend. Because of that they work harder to protect those around them. Like the birth of the first Dragoon. He gain tremendous power that he used to protect his homeland, but at a cost. He needed to learn how to control his powers, otherwise he would have been consumed by it. He guided those who also walked the path of those gifted with a dragon’s power. He created a new city for those that walked his path. Finally he sought to understand other humans, since his thoughts were now that of a Dragoon.

Each Dragoon follows this path to preserve what they once were. They were human, so they must keep that fact close to their heart to stay sane and not grow to insanity like the Dragar. Their is a difference to Dragoons and Dragar other then their philosophy. In their human form, Dragoon and Dragar look the same. However they can shift their bodys into more dragon like stages. The close they become to their dragon form, the easier it is to see if they are Dragoon or Dragar. Dragoon’s in their dragon form look majestic and beautiful exotic way. Dragar turn into something that is feral and monsters. In some way Dragoons and Dragars are represent Chaos and Order. One takes the hard path that leads to order, and another takes the easy road that leads to chaos.

This is what the it means to be a Dragoon: A, Proctor, A, Seeker of Knowledge, A, Guide, A, Crafter, and One Who Seeks Understanding with Others. These ideals can even be seen on the back of necks of Dragoons as a symbol. It shape is that of two wings holding a twelve point star with an eye like slit inside it. Holding the star and wings, are two talons of a dragon. The last is a dragon eye above the wings resting on the tip of the stars tallest points. Each part is pieces of the code that all Dragoons follow. The wings are that of protection, the claws are that of creating and to guide others. The eye is that a sign of learning since knowledge is found by seeing it for yourself. Finally the Star is that of understanding, for the twelve points are the elements of their realm and the eye is like that of knowledge since understanding comes from knowledge.

Arron started off as a simple silver smith.

Abilities:

Mass Manipulation (limited):
Due to Arron’s race are beings with high mass; they have the ability to control it. Arron’s own weight is over eight tons due to his body being that of living crystal. A Dragoon’s body is made from a type of polymorphism carbon that allows a change in form. Since a Dragoon’s body is normally weighed in tons, a technique was developed to allow them to walk around as normal people. This ability is really a subset of the race’s Telekinesis. Each Dragoon goes under a harsh training regiment that allows them to subconsciously keep their mass at a reasonable level. It is a long and grueling process, but Dragoon’s are able to gain control over their mass at the end.

It should also be noted that all Dragoons feel slightly in fog because of this ability. Because they use this ability as a subconscious practice, a large portion of their brains processing powers is constantly used. Most Dragoons’ feel like this for the first ten years, but afterwards it because a white noise to them.

This ability is also something Arron can turn on and off at will. He his also gifted in increasing or decreasing the mass manipulation. At times he can increase his weight from three hundred pounds to one ton with a single thought. This is known as a highly difficult Mass Manipulation style. Most Dragoons can’t switch to a slight increase of weight and can only switch between the two extremes.

Telekinesis (limited):
Telekinesis is still one few traits that all Dragoons’ have, but only a few can master. Arron is a good example of a specialized telekinesis user. Comparing his telekinetic abilities to other Dragoons, Arron would be label a complete disaster. Arron has the shortest range of all known Dragoons at three feet from his person. Most Dragoons with low range are set at ten feet and the highest at forty feet from them. Arron on the other hand out classes every Dragoon in the amount of weight he can hold. While he is using his mass manipulation, or as he likes to call weight limiters, he can hold an upper limit of four tons. When his limiters are off he can hold another eight tons. However this can only be done to objects, and not sentient beings. Another trait of his telekinesis is that of high control. Arron can be very precise with his uses of his telekinesis. He is also able to use his telekinesis at great speeds, which he uses in combination with some of his weapons.

Crystal Manipulation (limited):
Arron has the ability to create and then control crystal constructs of his choosing. However there is a down side to this ability. In order to create these crystals Arron must use his own body mass to create. The crystal he creates are extremely hard therefore a pain to break. Since they are also once part of his body he has free range to control in a telekinetic field. They do not have the same strength as the field around Arron since the most they can do is just float itself and nothing more. He can also store amounts of his own energy into the crystals and then use it as homing missile that will only detonate at his command, unless destroyed. This abilities are extremely useful in combat they are harmful to Arron as well. Taking away his mass removes his durability that he has with increased mass. Another down side is that he has to regain mass by absorbing types of minerals, and the most common way for him to do this is by eating them. Depending on the type of minerals is how much mass he regains, since his body has to break down the minerals and reform it into the right structure for it to use. The best minerals he can use is that of quartz since it structure is the easiest for him to break down with the added benefit of being every common crystal.


Thunder Control:
Arron’s Thunder control is separated into four elements. Compression, is the ability to condense sound wave for more effect. Pressure, is the ability to increase or decrease the force of the sound waves. Friction, is used to generate heat, and other uses such as limiting or increasing friction. Finally there is Wave Length, which allows the change in how the sound wave is affected.

Compression:
Compression is Arron’s ability to pact sound waves together for greater affect. Arron could easily use sound wave in combat with out compressing them, but he would lose a large amount of variety if he did. Compressing the sound waves then holding them together with a small lacing of his energy on the out side allows him to create shapes. Some common forms he creates are that of crescent blades, and orbs that can have a different effect depending if he combines with another art of Thunder Control.

Any attack or use of Compression has an orange glow around it. This is due to Arron’s energy keeping the compressed sound waves together. Another feature is that Compression allows Arron to attack at longer ranges. This solves the problem of the sound waves dissipating at far range.

This app has been around more than 2 weeks in the W.I.P. You can continue working on the old wip and if this post gets in the way, you can pm or confront me in xat so i can remove this post if needed.
