• Personality:

Caring: One of her defining traits. While Eryn doesn't necessarily express this well, she actually has a lot of care in her. This often leads to her entering a troubled state, as while she doesn't seem like the caring type, the girl can't help but aid a troubled soul before her. Typically, only in word will she refuse the notion of her being helpful and caring, but her actions rarely fail to contradict. Even when her own life is risked in the process, for her own sake she would help he who asks for it.

Perspective: Something many people often lack; Eryn can easily slip into a state of mind in which she would attempt to see things from someone else's point of view. While helpful, the fact that she can be a little empathic often adds to the dangers she is practically attracted to. Quite the surprising attribute, but Eryn uses this trait with adequate prowess, allowing a frequented objective but understanding stance in all sorts of situations.

Skeptic: Not to say that she won't believe anything without it making sense or having supporting evidence, as that'd also attribute to a total lack of trust, which she has; rather, it's a tad harder to earn her trust than most people. With a somewhat good sense of judgement and adamant beliefs in not having a subjective point of view--and therefore ridiculously influenced by so many things--without adequate sense or a proper understanding, it's hard to get Eryn to believe certain things. In fact, had it not been for the era in which she lived in, the notion of spirits and supernatural beings would have been complete rubbish.

Realistic: Eryn isn't one to let her emotions get in the way. While she does have emotional moments, and will certainly allow her own feelings to carry some weight in her judgement and decisions, the student can't help but try to look at things with a realistic viewpoint. In the case of great danger, it frequently aids her in staying alive, as she'll try to stay on point and solve the situation as opposed to getting carried away and freaking out. On the other hand, often times she might be a tad tactless, failing to realise the emotional connotation of the situation at hand.

Unfased: Having lived the majority of her life among demon-kin, a lot of random and dangerous shit happens. Given the major contrast to Eryn's own family and the simple 'livelyhood' of what normally constitutes a demon's lifestyle, it's easily been made that occurrences out of the norm tends not to freak her out. In fact, most things unexpected won't earn a 'eek'-esque reaction from the girl. For the most part, it's a completely normal occurrence to her.

Modernised; Eryn's accustomed lifestyle, morals and viewpoints are heavily influenced by the varied culture of the 25th century. With her living in such a time period, and being a relatively normal human tee, it's understandable that she finds a lack of electronics to be a hard life, and many other common items in daily life.

Human Traits

• Human Capacities:

सतत सत्ता की शासी मुट्ठी (Satata Sattā Kī Śāsī Muṭṭhī): Learned from her so-called "grandpa", Eryn was taught a sort of Demonic Martial Art, especially adapted for the human body when taught to her. To that effect, Eryn has become well enabled to avoid harm to herself when in combat against supernatural opponents--especially demons. Considering her human body, this martial art is heavily adapted to avoid direct contact with any sort of impact, and has thus incorporated many acrobatic movements and several concepts akin to Aikido.

The Martial Art initially had heavy "power" based requirements, with the goal of overwhelming the opponent with an endless onslaught of powerful attacks. As learned by her grandfather, passed down the line unto her, the slight changes in an effort of a more peaceful approach has variably changed the system and techniques of the "Governing Handful of Continuous Power", as terribly and loosely translated.

For the most part, instead of focusing on endless power hits, the martial art concentrates on utilising your opponent's onslaught of power, and redirecting it as your own power. With demons, this should be a complex feat to achieve, especially when an opponent of immense power. When it comes to Eryn, doing something like that is practically impossible with supernatural aid. As such, the adaptive version is to use that power to aid her in completely avoiding being hurt by the following attacks.

For example, one of the rather effective techniques--सांप हड़ताल तार (Sāmpa Haṛatāla Tāra ~ Coiled Viper Strike)--involves using the physical attack or physical extension of an attack to close the distance between oneself and the opponent. In Eryn's case, this technique can be used to expand the distance, or if necessary, close it as intended. If the opponent strikes directly at her using their actual body, or extending their attack with a physical tool (e.g. using water and sending a bolt towards her), normally demon magic is used to intake the force put into it, and going forward in a parallel line to close the distance. Considering Eryn can't use Demon Magic, that poses a large problem; so, instead she often forms contact with the attack (or perhaps projectile);but with expert bodily control, she would maintain that contact in a minuscule fashion. As the strike is sent forward, she has whatever body part is maintaining contact follow along, attempting to match the speed if possible. Effectively neutralising the harm to her with that bare contact matching the speed, Eryn must form grasp of the attack or projectile, and in the hopes of it being powerful enough to normally send her flying, she lets inertia take care of the rest, having sent her in whatever direction the attack was sent at, having identical speed and force, but tolerating little to no damage.

Naturally, such a complex technique would require above the pinnacle human capabilities. Fortunately, through a series of unfortunate events, Eryn's own body has been greatly augmented to slightly exceed what is humanely possible in terms of agility. This has effectively enabled her to pull off such a technique with intensively powerful and rapid attacks.

Agility: During the years Eryn spent in the United Kingdoms, in the effort to save a bullied demons from those of overwhelming power, she found herself stuck in a situation of very possible death. Following her "grandfather's" advice, she took a bite out of the bullied demon, sucking in as much blood as possible. While suffering immense internal pain, surviving the ordeal Eryn in turn gained an immense boost in muscle aptitude. Grabbing the bullied demon, the girl effectively carried the weight of another while running away from considerably more powerful demons. In the end, the demonic blood within her system cycled out, and no trace of the blood or augmenting energy lingered; however, the power-boost to her muscles stayed, as muscles don't generally weaken instantly. In an effort to maintain that muscle boost, Eryn arduously trains daily. As it is now, Eryn can physically keep up with several supernatural beings through pure physical prowess, even ones with relative experience in power.

Background History

• Background: Not amnesia. Just a simple lack of childhood memories. As far back as Eryn can remember, her parents--adoptive parents, actually--had her since a few months old. According to her parents, they found her in the most cliche of circumstances: in the dumpster. Taking pity on her, they adopted Eryn and raised her in the heart of the demon haven on Earth: London. Surely it would be the oddest of places to choose to raise a feeble human child of all things; but, given the fact that those adoptive parents were demons themselves, it only made sense. Either way, so long as Eryn hadn't gone out of her way to cause trouble, she would have been relatively safe, for the most part. Unfortuantely, that was not the case.

Growing up, it became wildly apparent that trouble and her were all too well connected--whether it was her who sought it out, or trouble always found her. Her parents were pacifistic demons, though powerful enough to hold their own in a fight against others of supernatural capabilities. As such, while a young, rather kind-hearted human kid who attracted trouble would get into nasty situations on occasion, the big bad parents would be there to effectively rescue her.

These tendencies only increased in the latter years of her life. Eryn constantly got into trouble, but sometimes her parents weren't there to take care of the situation. That's when her own abilities came into play. It was made clear that she was a child with a little more brains than most--and with that, a tactical mind often saved her from those oh-so frequent occasions. To add onto that, a local shrine that praised Deveta was a place widely frequented by Eryn--of her own accord, surprisingly. The resident Priest soon found himself being affectionately called "Oji-sama". With that, the priest took his own personal liking to Eryn, actually assuming a sort of doting Grandfather role. Part of that role included teaching Eryn a few tricks to help her escape the constant trouble she was getting into. But, realising that they lived in the depths of Demon-territory, he wasn't foolish enough to foresee a situation in which a powerless female human could get out of the situation with training and strategy. As such, for the situations too terrible to deal with well, the priest granted Eryn a vial of his blood. Should she consume that vial, the magic seals placed on it would run through her veins and further develop her muscle-mass; a few hours later, all traces of the seals and blood would dissipate.

Surprisingly, after getting into such a situation, the Priest found that Eryn had retained the muscle-development. In hindsight, that much was obvious, but simply not accounted for. Regardless, what had happened, happened. And, to her parent's fright, much work was put into making it possible for her to continue school outside of Europe.

Fortunately, it worked. Eryn's already high intelligence quotient added to proper studying and serious dedication made it possible for her to be admitted with a large scholarship and grant to enter one of the most prestigous colleges in the world: the University of Karakura Central. From there, packing her bags she began a new stage of her life, and moved to the technological powerhouse known as Karakura Central. One problem, however; it would seem that her tendency to cross paths with troubling circumstances followed her from London to Karakura.

It was a frequent confusion that she was a part of likely the most famous family in Karakura: the Yuudeshi clan. Her surname was easily associated with the family, and considering how much breeding occurred in the family, with endless expansion, it was understandable that she would be confused. She certainly didn't look as though she was a European human. In fact, she resembled a japanese girl very well, just a little prettier than most of the flock; and, it would seem like good looks was commonplace among the supernatural populous. With such a surname, special treatment was often in order--on the other hand, there were some that resented the Yuudeshi name, and others wanted to see the strength of one of the clansmen.

So far, Eryn has continued a hectic lifestyle, even after moving from London; nevertheless, adaption to the strange and chaotic was nothing but necessary. But, perhaps it'll get better. Or, maybe her life will go further downhill. Who knows?
