Personality: Seika is a cheerful person. She will do anything to protect herself and others even if it means surrendering herself to the enemy. She has a fiery temper when provoked. She is a highly intelligent person, when she wants to be. Most of the time she is a clutz, and breaks things easily, due to her clumsiness.

Brief History:

Seika was born in the year 1986, and was only 15 when she died. She was born on September 11, of 1986. She grew up like a normal child, with a unusual amount of freedom from her parents. She did not grow up to be spoiled, she grew up to be free-spirited. She and her parents died on September 11, 2001. They were in New York, for her birthday and got a unfortunate early start that dark dark day. The happy family, went up to the top of the world trade center to look out over New York. Seika and her family left the tower when the first tower was hit. Unfortunately, they did not travel far enough away from the second tower when it went down. Seika was blasted away from her parents when the second tower was hit. She died upon impact with the ground and the amount of debris that fell on her.

When she awoke she was within the Rukongai, she had no memory of what happened, where she was, or who she was before she awoke. She awoke in the Zaraki district of the Rukongai. She soon found out that she had abilities that normal Rukongai civilians did not have. Everytime she entered or left a room the temperature changed could be felt. Eventually she tapped into her Zanpakutō abilities and accidentally burned down a restaurant. No one was hurt, luckily. After that, she was forced to go into the Soul Academy where she named herself Kimura Seika. She spend 10 years of her 428 year life within the Soul Academy, spending the maximum number of years there, always being within the higher middle of her class.

Eventually, through hard work she was able to join the Gotei 13 and stop being a no name court guard like most of her classmates and most shinigami became. She spent the first 100 years of her service as a squad member switching between squads because she couldn’t find the squad where she belonged until she reached the 12th squad, one of the last 2 she never was in. She found that she liked the work, and settled in. She was a good assistant for the scientists. She continued to work on her combat skills so she could eventually become the captain, until one day she was called to her captain’s chambers. She had a mission to perform. She was willing to do anything to finish the mission, even die if she had to.

Basic Powers:

Adept Kido Practitioner: Seika can perform every Kido up to number 25 in both Bakudo and Hadō.

Shunpo: Seika can quite easily perform shunpo due to her being adept in the hoho aspects of being a shinigami. She can easily perform upto 5 miniature bursts of shunpo in a single post to travel 5 meters with each burst, or a single large burst to travel the 25 meters all at once in a single post. (Note: She cannot use for 2 posts if she traveled the full 25 meters.)

Zanpakutō

Name: Shinsei Enka (Sacred Flame Flower)

Spirit Personality: Fiery temper, quick to anger, mood is as ever changing as the flame. Will not bow to anyone but those who dominate her.

Sealed Abilities:

Pyro-Blade: A passive ability for Seika’s sealed Zanpakutō. Violet flames erupt from her katana, as soon as it is drawn. These flames do not burn anything or anyone unless Seika wants them to do so. She has several techniques she can do with these flames.

Fireball: Seika fires off a ball of violet flames from her katana, at a target, burning them. Only fires off one Fireball. Can travel up to 10 meters, for now. Will not burn everything. This depends on their fire resistance and natural defenses.

Flameballs: Seika slashes through the air to launch miniature violet fireballs from her katana, at a target, burning them in numerous places. Basically a smaller more numerous version of the Fireball. Can fire off no more than 10 flameballs at a time. Can travel up to 10 meters, for now. Will not burn everything. This depends on their fire resistance and natural defenses.

Fireslash: Seika keeps her violet fire around her blade and slashes at her opponent to burn them while cutting them to cauterize their wounds so the enemy does not bleed out while she’s attacking them. After the cut is done the fire remains around the blade due to Pyro-Blade being a passive ability. Cutting ability depends on target's natural defenses.
