Mephisto has blood red eyes and raven black hair If you see him without his cloak on, which is very unlikely you will see many tribal tattoos that go from his lower back to his shoulders and then down to the front of his waist, and across his arms. You will more then likely see him only as a passing figure in a black cloak with a hood that covers his entire body.

PERSONALITY INFORMATION

» Personality:
Mephisto has most of his same personality from when he was a human as a Demon, because he was much like his old self. He is often calm in the face of battle, but loves to fight. He is also very loyal to the people that can show that they have earned it. Michael also has never killed a human soul that has already killed someone, which shows how much power Michael has over his self-control. He has also never hurt human women, though over the years he has lost any feeling for any other race's women as he often kills them when they get in his way. Over the three hundred years that Mephisto has been around the need for friendship has been destroyed to the point of non-existence, as anyone strong enough to stay alive around him usually were his enemies, this made Mephisto slightly paranoid when it comes to people talking to him. He is also extremely blunt, not holding back any punches if need be and often tells it how it is, and this does nothing in his ability to make friends. These are all traits that Michael seems to have without much reason behind them, so it seems as he is simply going on mostly instinct and this is what it is leading him too.

» Likes: Mephisto enjoys fighting, as it is a test of his skills and abilities and see if he could possibly push himself farther then before. His Hellhounds, his Hell Hounds are basically Mephisto s children and Mephisto will do just about anything for them and they would do anything for him.

» Dislikes: There are three things in his life that he can't stand. The Weak, the people that are unable to protect themselves or someone they care about. The Cowards, the people who run and leave the people they care about to die. Last, but easily the most important... If you hurt his 'children' you are basically signing your death warrant.

BACKGROUND

» History Michael Capolitare was once a human named Vladimer Minamori, son of Mary and John Minamori from a small town in Transylvania, Romania. They were a semi-rich family, due to both parents having well paying jobs, but they still held on to the old ways of there family, which was Wiccan. As soon as Vladimer could leave the hospital, John and Mary took Vlad to their house and preformed a ritual that would allow them to see a brief future of the child. While they were doing this, Vlad was just laying there looking at the ceiling looking at the pretty colors. Suddenly an explosion happened, and the bowl that his parents were using for the ingredients broke, but Vlad simply looked at the ceiling like nothing happened. John and Mary both wondered why Vlad was not crying, but they were also wondering why the bowl had exploded like that. John and Marry worried that maybe they were not meant to know what their son’s future was, but they called up their parents and had them come down to do the ritual instead of them, as they were more powerful then both of them combined. They then came over, having the needed stuff with them. As they started to do the ritual, they would started to shake as if they were forcing the world to stop moving with there mind. Within thirty seconds though, they both fell to the ground, panting as if they had just ran a marathon. Both of John’s parents would look at Vlad and instantly say “ That boy is evil…. He is a fighter and a killer… that is his destiny and there is nothing we can do to stop it, unless we kill him now which no one in this room can bring themselves to do. We saw him with a black aura of a devil and covered from head to toe in blood… I have no idea what we can do for him..” That day would change the world forever, though John and Mary would not believe that their son would be a killer, but they had a lot of work ahead of them.

As Vlad grew up, he would be a massive trouble maker. In first grade, he punched three kids in the face for trying to take his animal crackers. In second grade, he punch a kid in the throat for trying to take his bike, that he had just learned to ride. In third grade though late middle school it was all the same, Vlad getting into a fight nearly every week, and nine times out of ten kicking the persons ass and getting into trouble with both the family and the school even if it was not Vlad’s fault. Soon their John and Mary got so sick and tired of this that they packed up and moved to a place where they thought they could escape Vlad’s future, but unbeknownst to them.. They helped it along by miles.

As Vlad tried to grow use to the American system of living, he often got picked on at which point he did what he knows best. Fighting. Quickly, Vlad was known as the most dangerous person in the school, but that did not fill Vlad with the same kind of fulfillment as it would anyone else. He was looking for some way to better himself. While walking around, he saw a place in the Filipino side of the city, he heard of a place that would teach him how to fight. He did not realize that this place taught one of the most deadly martial arts in the world, Eskrima or as it is known in America, Kali. Vlad walked in one day, right in the middle of a class. He stuck out like a sore thumb, but he dealt with it as he bowed, showing at least a little respect to the teacher before asking if he could join. The teacher, who Vlad learned later was named Gabriel, or as his stuffed called him “ Espada” or Spanish for sword, and he said “ If you wish to join you must fight my best student.” Vlad, being himself and always loving a fight agreed happily. Vlad and this kid fought, and Vlad was way out of his league when he started to fight him. Vlad was getting hit every second, while every time he tried to throw a punch his opponent would dodge or block it with ease. The teacher then tried to call of the match, but Vlad would yell at him “ NO! I will fight him until one of us can not stand!” and went back to fighting this kid. This would go on for about an hour, of Vlad getting the shit kicked out of him and falling to the ground only to get back up and go again. Though ever time he got smarter and even started countering some of the hits, landing several good hits that caused some damage it was not enough in the end as Vlad feel the ground, this time unable to get up as he blacked out.

Vlad would wake up an hour or so later, his body sore as hell but he would be ok as he looked up to see Gabriel standing there. Gabriel would look at him for a moment before saying “ I have never seen anyone fight like that before… you have talent.. And a lot of it.” Vlad nodded for a moment before laying back down and calling his parents telling them that he would be staying at a friends house, which surprised them as Vlad did not have any friends due to his fighting nature. Vlad would stay with Gabriel that night, due to the fact the would not make it home and lucky for him Gabriel was a great guy. He would tell him that he was from the home place of Kali, and was a master of it. He went on to tell Vlad that Kali trained you in knife and unarmed fighting techniques and Vlad was instantly interested and jumped on the chance to learn how to fight like that. From that day on, Vlad showed up to Gabriel’s house right after school and trained for nearly six hours every day before going home and sleeping then doing it again. At the end of his high school days, he had a average GPA and had no future ahead of him until he ran into the Marine Corp, or rather the Marine Corp ran into him. Vlad went off the basic that July, leaving Gabriel behind for the hopes of a better fight.

Vlad got out of training right at the day of 9/11, and within two hours he was getting ready to ship out. As Vlad got to the airport, he had to remove all pieces of metal he had on him even if he was a soldier, he would sigh as he would pull out his two Balisong, or as they are more commonly known Butterfly knives. The person at security would look at Vlad for a moment before handing them back and telling him to keep going. As Vlad went on the plane, flying over for the first time, he would take out his Balisong and start to open and close it with a masterful amount of grace and ease, though it freaked out the other marine standing next to him as Vlad opened and closed this knife right next to him. As soon as he got on the ground, he was handed his gun and was instantly sent into a hot zone. As Vlad entered a house, which he knew held four combatants, his gun does the worst thing possible. It jammed. Right as Vlad kicked down the door, a combatant turned the corner less then a foot away from Vlad, his gun down as he was running. Vlad had to work fast as he drew his two Balisong out of his pocket, throwing the gun aside and before the gun could hit the ground Vlad had already started the cut on the throat of the person he was attacking, and as the gun hit the ground blood had already started to spray. Vlad had no time to wipe off the blood, before the next guy came down the stairs and Vlad had to keep going.

When the rest of his squad came to that same house, they would see the throat of that guy cut and they would run up the stairs, over the dead guy everyone of them run into different room. The same guy that Vlad was sitting next to on the plane walked into his room, and he was instantly freaked out. There was a figure standing in the middle of the room, two dead bodies pooling blood on the floor from dozens of cuts and stabs on their bodies, the figure was covered from head to toe in blood, there was so much blood that it was dripping off the figures black hair and fingers.

“ Stop! US Marine! Put your hands up!” the guy would say, at which point both of the butterfly knives would hit the ground, as Vlad turned around slowly. The second that guy saw it was Vlad he would lower his weapon and say “ Damn it man! Don’t do that shit to me! Get your weapon and lets go!” at which point the would throw Vlad his weapon that he left downstairs, and he had unjammed it before going to see his superior as they had completed their mission. Though the second Vlad’s leader saw him, he instantly raised his rifle and said “ Who the hell is that!” Vlad would then say “ It is me… Vlad?” The leader would put his gun down and say, “ I am sorry dude.. You looked like a devil or something. There is no way that all can be the enemies blood, so you stay here with the medic and they will patch you up” It turned out that his officer was right, Vlad had been shot three times in non-vital areas and had not even noticed.

Vlad quickly got on his feet after that and one day as he was on a patrol, he went down some back alleys and came across a poster with his picture on it. He would be shocked before he took it down quickly, and folded it up and placed it in his pouch. Vlad could not read Arabic, but he knew someone who could. As he got to the base, he threw it at his officer, while he was eating his food with the other officers. As he opened it, he said “ Where did you get this?” Vlad just shrugged before he kept going “ This is a bounty for a million American dollars, for your head… they call you Shaitan, or Devil in Arabic” Everyone would then start to joke with Vlad about being a Devil and killing them himself for the reward money. Vlad would joke with them saying that he would kill them all before they could draw their weapons, and to prove a point he would draw his two butterfly knifes, and quickly take them out of their cases and slam them on the table point down. Vlad then said if that he was aiming to kill them, he would have done it before they knew what happened, before breaking out laughing and taking his weapons and leaving. Vlad would then head out another patrol that day, nothing had seemly changed as he walked by a car he had hundreds of times before, then BOOM! Vlad felt the shrapnel hitting him even as he felt himself getting thrown against the wall of a near by building. Vladimer looked over with hazy eyes and in serious pain as he saw his life blood slowly draining out of his body and in that moment something clicked inside his head " The blood... it makes me stronger... I fight for the feeling of blood.... Why must I die now, I had so mu.." at that very moment something inside his body clicked on and he felt a massive flow of energy coursing though his body. Vladimer soon passed out from the pain of his energy flowing though him, making him feel like his entire body was on fire and his muscles were burning as well.

Vlad woke up, several hours later. When Vlad rose to his feet, he still retained several of his old personality traits, as if he was meant to be a Demon, someone that fights for survival. Vlad decided to abandon his old human name that day and become known as Michael Capolitare. Michael would then turn, using his new form and begin to walk around the streets of Iraq trying to figure out what to do with himself, and as he walk walking around he could feel the blood of the people around him and he would soon find a building filled with terrorists planning another attack.

Michael would then go into the building where he knew the enemy place was, and they would have no idea what was going on until Michael threw the first punch and it sliced into the person’s head, spraying blood everywhere. The screams and gunfire could be heard from a mile away, even with the building protecting him. The Marines and Army quickly came to the source of the noise, trying to figure out what it was and opened the door to a killing field, with limps and blood covering the entire room, it was so bad that some of the senior Marines even threw up. Michael would still be in that room, eating the souls of the men he had just killed. Michael would see his old company, thinking off the souls they would have but his old self was against it, so he was still loyal to the Marines as he would raise to his feet and went home, knowing that was where the battle and the fight was at.

Then after several hundred years of being a solider for the Demon armies of Hell, Michael managed to gain some prestige and power over those hundreds of years quickly raising though the ranks and soon ending up in the Asthavon family under the Queen of Shadow Fall Mana. Though those years that he spent under Mana, he realized that he was using too much of her power to protect himself and not enough of his own, so Michael came up with a crazy plan to re-create himself and it had little chance of working. ( See Trip to Hell)

Michael was reborn a day later, now stronger then he ever was before as a normal demon but he had no memory of what he was in the past and even less memory about who he was. He simply woke up to being surrounded by other demons in Hell, which he quickly killed and learned of his abilities and skills seemed to be above that of the average. He soon took over the layer of Hell, making it clear that he was the Raskasha of his layer and then took up the name Mephisto.





GENERAL AND NATURAL SKILLS

» Natural Abilities:

Master Swordsmen: Battōjutsu is a field of kenjutsu which deals specifically with the rapid drawing and sheathing of a sword. In most cases, a katana being drawn from its sheath moves with a much greater speed and force than when it is being wielded normally. Additionally, greater drawing speed gives a swordsman more of an advantage in combat than an opponent whose speed is inferior. This is due in part to the fact that a katana's sharp blade curves upward against the inside of the sheath, allowing the swordsman to use more strength in drawing it without having to worry about applying extra control to his movements - the sword's path is guided by the sheath while the blade meets no resistance, moving two to three times faster than normal. Mephisto is a master at this, to the point that unless you are just as fast or faster then he his, you will often not see him even remove his blade from the sheath and put it back in before it is too late. He does this by not only combining very basic Battōjutsu drawing techniques but he also combines the fact that he also moves his hip to allow for the blade to be drawn faster and has it practiced enough that he can do this blindfolded and drunk, if he could ever get drunk. To increase the speed of his swing even more, Mephisto also keeps a very small layer of Hellfire on the blade at all times, even while it is in its sheath, this heats the blade up and as it is being drawn causes it to slice though the air more quickly removing a significant amount of wind resistance and allowing for higher speeds and forces. This is also very important as it allows Mephisto near instant time to increase the power of the flames to near inferno levels if need be in a moment's notice, giving him a very large amount of flexibility as he can, basically, increase the length of the strike by having the flames hit his target if the blade could not.

Hitotsume: Jigoku Nadegiril (地獄キルストローク, The First: Hell Killing Stroke): This is the first and often most powerful technique in Mephisto's arsenal as it is the simplest and the most effective. It is very similar to the Shinigami version of this, but adds more strength, speed and power behind the blade by removing most of the things that cause drag on the blade, such as air resistance and wasted energy moving the blade. This increases the cutting power of the blade expontientally.The blade moves at such a high rate of speed due to the reduced drag, and increased power behind the swing to easily slice through normal Hierros with ease. Mephisto Slices forward then caps the blade as the rate of the blades release creates such a precise cut of extreme force and power that most people aren't aware they have been cut until they see the blood dripping. If someone is trained in Swordsmanship, then they have an easier chance to blocking it, or a way to enhance their guard.

Futatsume: Jigoku (地獄, The Second: Hell ): Starting from a battojutsu draw stance, Mephisto draws and slashes in multiple angles then capping his blade. His blade moving faster than normal creates a vacuum of hellfire that shreds the enemy using the heat and flames from Mehpisto's Hellfire to burn through guards and to help heat the blade up to plasma like temperatures that makes it easier to bypass lots of normal guards. If someone can create a proper guard, counter or use a similar attack to deflect this one, they can counter it. Also, if they are fast enough to dodge, or if they are a skilled swordman they can counter this attack.

Jigoku Ryūkansen (龍巻閃,Hell Dragon Coiling Flash): Mephisto will most often used as a counterattack against a thrust or charge, one sidesteps a forward-moving opponent and moves past them. In doing so, one spins in a full circle, adding momentum and centrifugal force to the strength of the sword swing, which is then aimed at either the opponent's back or the back of the neck. This combined with the already insane power of Mephisto's normal drawing and cutting power can often slice an several opponents in half with little resistance on the blade. Even if the opponent managed to not be cut in half by this technique they would more than likely be sent flying just due to the sheer amount of pressure behind this simple but powerful technique.


Hand to Hand Master: While Mephisto prefers on nearly all occassions to use his blade over his hands, he does on find that some people are either not worth the effort of drawing his blade or he simply wants a challenge. Mephisto does not really follow any kind of standard art of war, like Karate or anything like that. Mephisto has come up with his own system, which revolves around quickly ending the opponent's life with swift and brutal punches, kicks and takedowns. Mephisto has been known to simply ripping out a demon's throat, only to have his Hellfire rip though the man's internal organs and make sure he was dead. Mephisto uses his mastery of Hellfire as a massive augmentation to his capabilities as it turns the swift and brutal style even more so. Mephisto also combines this with his Battōjutsu, though he rarely needs to, to deliver swift and often deadly counter attacks to open or weak parts of the natural humanoid body while they are busy dealing with his blade.

Unnatural Fluidity: If you are lucky, or unlucky depending on how you look at it to see Mephisto without his cloak on you would see just how easily he seems to move. Every movement looks like water over rocks, as if he was making no effort at all to move his body. This normally means nothing, unless you get into a fight with him at which point this becomes more clear. Mephisto moves with such fluidity that there is really no tell, such as the tensing of muscles before a strike or any of the most common tells. This makes tracking his movements even harder then it would normally be due to the fact that he can go from punching to kicking in a moment, as easily as people breath and with just as much effort.

Death's Cloak:
Only those who are close to Death can see him, and try and stop him
This unique and potentially extremely powerful ability allows Michael to seemly kill his opponents without ever drawing his blade or killing his target. While this is simply a very minor, but extremely powerful illusion, it simply allows Mephisto 's fight with someone else to be nearly impossible to view from the outside. If you were to look in on a fight with Michael and his opponent, you would only see Mephisto standing there without a blade and his opponent's weapon seemly bouncing off the air and when Mephisto 's opponent got cut, it would seem as if the cut appeared. Though while you are fighting Michael, or rather he is fighting you, this illusion means nothing and they can see every move that Michael makes. It also completely hides Mephisto s presence from most reiastu sensing techniques and seals and such, including the given races natural senses.

This also has a secondary property in that it makes fighting Mephisto with multiple people nearly impossible due to the fact that to everyone but the person he is fighting at that moment in time, it appears as if he has not moved or done anything. If he does move, it will look like he is simply floating, preventing anyway from attempting to copy his movements or predict where he is going if they are not his target at that moment in time. This makes counter attacking or fighting as one unit nearly impossible due to the fact that you can't really see what your enemy is doing. Though there is a relatively 'easy' way to make this ability easier to manage, or even in some of the rarest cases counter it. It is to have either a strong enough will that you will not allow Death to blind you, or that you have seen Death enough that it's cloak is just another part of your life though only a handful of people in this world would qualify under either of those categories.


Mugento: This blade is the blade of Mephisto . Using an obsidian color for the blade and the handle with pearl colored inlays in the handle, and a red handguard with the kanji of Jigoku [Hell] on the blade it looks more like an ornate weapon than a killing weapon. The first kink in the weapon is the nearly impossible to see serrated points on the sharp of the blade. Although they are integrated in, by will Mephisto can make them extend out like sawteeth. Another unique feature of the blade is the fact whenever he draws it, at will he can hurl a hellfire blast. within the core of the blade is some of the essence of Mephisto that allows him to upon release imbue the blade and set it on fire with his energy. The steel is a high composition of some of the strongest metals in hell making it hard to break by normal means. Since it's also imbued with the essence of Mephisto , it only will unlock for him or if you killed him and placed your essence into this sacred weapon.

SIN/DEVETA/UNIQUE ABILITIES

» Sin/Deveta/Unique Abilities:
Hellfire Manipulation: This is the most infamous and powerful part of most of Hell. This fire is unique to Hell and Hell only, and is well known for its ability to burn and destroy nearly everything. Hellfire is unique, not only for its location, but for its properties one of which it can burn and destroy things that normally are immune to fire, such as water, ice and even lightning. It has the ability to do this by burning and destroying the very bonds that hold those things together, making them break apart at an atomic level and thereby removing them from existence. There are only two real ways of putting out Hellfire, one of which giving it literally no fuel, but it can survive without air, which means removing it from any fuel. This means that if it was held in the air somehow, after it burned for several moments it would start to die and go out but if it was placed on ice or flesh, it will continue to burn until there is literally nothing left, not even ash. This makes it very difficult to use around anyone you want to keep alive, as even if an ember gets on you it could catch your entire body on fire and eventually kill you. The other way of putting it out is if Michael himself wills it out. Those are the only two known ways of putting out Hellfire.

Hellfire comes with a massive downside though, due to the fact that it is something from Hell it requires some kind of sacrifice to keep it running. The natural Hellfire usually runs off the pain and agony of the people locked in Hell, but when it goes outside of that it requires either a life force sacrifice or a pain sacrifice to get it started. The life force sacrifice will quickly weaken even the strongest if it is abused or if left on to long before putting it on something else, it first starts attacking the fat cells, as the body tries to counter attack the attack by feeding it the natural body's cells and then it moves on to muscle cells then organ cells. Once it reaches muscle cell, it is very clear that it has because the muscle it is using for fuel starts to feel like it is being literally burning and being stabbed with a million needles. If you decide to go with the pain choice, it is very similar to the burning but it spreads to every single part of your body and inside your body to fuel it. This pain can bring some of the biggest and baddest men to their knees in only a few moments, and in most cases cause someone to instantly black out as their mind cannot handle the pain. This is potentially more dangerous to use then the energy one, because while it does not drain you physically it does drain you mentally and if abused too much, your mind will start to slow down, making your reactions slower. If abused too much, it can even drive you completely insane due to the pain.

Mephisto is one of the few people in this universe to be able to harness the near unstoppable power of Hellfire, even Death himself does not really want to mess with it. This is mostly due to the fact that he has a much better weapon, why use a water pistol when you have a rocket launcher, but still it says something. Mephisto had a natural ability with this, so much so that he is able to manipulate it on a level that is nearly on par with the Legendary Vizard Zin's ability but due to the fact that his fire often damages him, he can most likely never get it as perfected as him. Mephisto often uses it in very small ways, preferring to use only small amounts of it and allowing it's natural properties to do its work by spreading and burning it's way though his opponents. He also compresses it, allowing a small amount of Hellfire to become large by releasing the pressure that holds it back and adding more pressure and force behind it. Though the most interesting ability of this is what happens after someone or something is killed by this ability. That creatures is then raised as one of Mephisto 's Hell Hounds, which is completely unique in all of creation as most people only have one or maybe two Hell Beasts under their control at any one time, Mephisto has hundreds of them all running around his layer of Hell.

Hellfire Manipulation: Due to the simple fact that they are comprised of nearly entirely Hellfire, they can manipulate it without the side effects but by doing it they end up taking away the energy that fuels their bodies so they often just use it in short bursts to conserve energy. They are also immune to the effects of it themselves, so they will often blow Hellfire into a pack with no worry.

Physical Attributes: Every single one of these dogs have the strength, speed and stamina of a 1-5 teir demon, which makes them very dangerous to a vast majority of the population but against the others that are far above them they often attack in massive packs of half a dozen to a dozen.


TUKARA SAITANA

» Tukaṛā Saitāna Name: Hell Knight

» Tukaṛā Saitāna Powers:

Hell Knight Armor: This armor is said to only be given to the most worthy and mentally stable of the Rakshasa, only due to the fact that this increases the already deadly Tukara Saitana by pushing the mental stability of that person to the extreme along with pumping them full of Deathly Essence. which gives the wearer incredible strength, endurance and the ability not to feel pain. It does this by allowing its users to bypass the natural subconscious limits that prevent them from injuring themselves when using their full strength. It can temporarily fix injuries by binding bleeding wounds, reinforcing broken bones, and fixing dislocated joints, piercing the flesh from within the Armor with thin barbs and spikes if required. It is said that the only way to stop this is to have the blood split of the wielder of the armor, have all of his bones shattered and then have every part of the armor pierced.

While your average Tukara Saitana increases your power by 50% to 100%, while in this state it will increase you to nearly 300%, and this increases everything from physical to metaphysical. This even increases the power of the Hellfire to nearly unstoppable levels, as it now spreads faster and burns hotter then it would before, making it even more difficult to put out.

The major downside of this ability is simple, there is no way while in this mode to determine friend from foe. While using this ability, the users is completely in a bloodlust and will even kill allies or dearest friends without a second thought. This makes it a very diffcult power to use while around anyone that Mephisto even remotely cares about because while in this form, he will murder them brutally without so much as a second thought. Then to make matters worse, after using this ability it often mentally drains a person to the point that they are often unable to even stand, not because it is a physical thing because he is unable to mentally process how to stand up. This leaves the user able to barely function as a person while their mind recovers from his experience, which can take weeks for the people barely able to handle it's power and days for the strongest people.

Mugento (Hell Knight Version): When Mephisto turns into his mode, not only does his body change but his blade also changes. It goes from your average sized Katana, to a 5'3" for blade length, 15" wide and 13" hilt length making the sword 6'6". This blade like Megunto is attuned to Mephisto and Mephisto only, and because of that if anyone were to try to pick up his massive blade they would realize that it was impossible to pick up, even though with a GM in Strength would find it more trouble then it was worth to even try and pick it up.
