Reasons For Upgrading:
Defeat of Chidori Unabara whom is a 3-1++ while I am simply a 3-1.
What Are You Upgrading:
Tier. Possibly Kido. Maybe intelligence or something since most of the fight was won due to Kazuma out smarting Chidori.
