The Demon's Nightmare, Ryle Amaterasu (WIP)

Ryle Amaterasu, a lean-built boy who has raven hair which is a little bit messy and spiky, with fierce eyes in sea blue, but he is actually not that ferocious, the eyes are his nature of being a serious Shinigami. His hair is long enough to cover his entire forehead and sometimes his eyes. He is a tall guy who is about 5'11" in height and since he is muscular, his weight is quite heavy, its 148 lbs. His sharp chin is the reason why he looks mature, however his facial appearance is still considered a teen face because of his hairstyle and other parts of his face such as his soft lips, making him looks more younger.

As a Shinigami, his Shihakusho is quite different with the actual Shihakusho which most of the Shinigami should wear in the Gotei 13 almost all the time, his one is sleeveless and with a hood (refer to the image in Shikai section), not until he finished his training in the academy. He used to wear the actual Shihakusho which has sleeves and without a hood, but since he felt uncomfortable when he was wielding his sword in the Shihakusho with sleeves, he then changed his Shihakusho into the one with hood and sleeveless, with the addition of a green strap across his chest and his hands covered tightly in bandages.Due to the Shihakusho is sleeveless, muscular arms have been shown which is the result of his hard time training his body spending nearly half of his time before becoming a Shinigami to do exercise such as crunch, push-up and more.

The another side (inner side) of his current Shihakusho is pale green in color, which is the most distinguishing feature of his appearance, green. His Reiatsu when he is in his sealed and Shikai form is also green in color, however, the color turns into black with green outline when he is in his Bankai form (and if he is a vizard), giving people horrible feeling and the sense of terror.

Ryle is a very kind and nice boy that he will always lend a hand to people who really need help, although he looks fierce and this is not the truth, his fierce appearance is his nature (stated in Appearance section). Due to the reason that one of his hobbies is reading, he is an intelligent and resourceful boy, and so he is now like a source of knowledge which you can ask him some questions, he should reply you if he knows. Other than that, he is a charming boy because of his good-looking appearance (not when he is serious), maybe not, since he is actually a shy boy in front of girls, and when he is talking to girls, his voice sounds timid and awkward, but he really looks cute when his face goes red. Everyone has their dark side, negative traits, which does not exclude Ryle. Ryle is quite stubborn that he will not give up things so easily. Furthermore, he is also an impatient boy, and it will make him crazy, I mean, not that serious, but he really hates to wait.

In battle, Ryle can said to be a Shinigami who has very quick reaction to think about strategies, and will do his best to find out what are the weaknesses of his opponents. In short, he will observe first, then fight back. Moreover, he will try to convince his opponents to surrender, since he does not want anyone to be hurt, but this is like impossible for hollows or something or someone extremely evil.

Under the leadership of others, Ryle may obey the leaders and show his loyalty to them, unless he thinks he is doing something wrong, or there is a better way to do it. In fact, what he wants is freedom, so he prefers to act alone. He does not actually believe his leaders and commanders, because he is always thinking that people who are giving orders are actually cowards, and that is why he chose to act alone, neither command people nor being commanded, exception for very excellent leaders who stand on the front line to protect their people.

If there is a chance for Ryle to become the one who is going to lead people, he will have his followers stay as close to him as they possibly could. This way, if something goes wrong, he could help them as quickly as possible. That being said, Ryle will put his life on the line to protect his people. To him, the life of others are more important than his.

Ryle is a boy who has a very strong will to live no matter what, since we can already know this from he is an excellent and outstanding Shinigami in Gotei 13 who walked along the path of becoming a Shinigami and experienced with many difficulties. He would become a Shinigami because he was determined to survive alone. As a Shinigami of the 10th Division, Ryle must take full responsible to protect the Human World and keep its peace. However, Ryle does not just treat these duties as a responsibility of a 10th Division Shinigami, but also his will to protect so everything which happened on him would not repeat on others at the time when he was still living in the Human World before his death and a Konso brought him to the Soul Society.

• Zanpakutō SPIRIT NAME. Engetsu (偃月)

• Zanpakutō SPIRIT APPEARANCE.

This little girl is the manifested spirit of Ryle Amaterasu's Zanpakutō spirit who can only be found in Ryle's inner world, and her name is Engetsu. She appears to have pale white skin and cat-like eyes which are grey in color, as well as her hair. She is barefoot and dressed in a tattered, white kimono with a long dark green cape on her back and a cyan cloth around her waist. She is a little bit shorter than Ryle in the inner world, and she is slim and small in size. However, due to she is the Zanpakutō spirit herself, she is much more stronger, calm and faster than Ryle even her size is small, letting people think she is weak and powerless. As a Zanpakutō spirit, she has the responsibility to make Ryle more stronger, and Ryle has the responsibility to make himself more accustomed to utilize Engetsu, so Ryle and Engetsu should believe and trust each other so then they can utilize the true power of the Zanpakutō with their bond of trust and rely.

For Engetsu's personality, she is a calm and quiet who does not talk much with Ryle, but she must tell if she wants Ryle to improve and become stronger. She is always acting as the mentor who is teaching Ryle of what he should think about and do to become stronger. Although Ryle is her owner, she does not give Ryle any chance in a battle against him, because it is the only way to make him realize and understand the truth whenever he has a question which he cannot find the reason and sense, and she would even kill Ryle if Ryle is careless, and this is considered as commit suicide because she would disappear too if Ryle is dead.

• INNER WORLD.

Ryle's inner world has only mountains, hills and lakes, even seas without waves. However, the most notable point is that the inner world is surrounded by green light without any source of the light, no sun and no moon. Besides that, no matter how far you go, you can only see mountains, hills and lakes which I have stated above, there is nowhere you can reach the end of the world. The sky is covered with dark clouds which are thick and you are not certainly see through to the sky somewhere in the inner world, but just clouds.

• SEALED Zanpakutō.

A sealed Engetsu is a regular katana, somehow an enhanced one which has a simple light green guard, and the shape of the guard is much like a four pointed star, with an additional scabbard which is black in color. Its buttcab is same color with the guard, and the handle is covered in green and black hilt-wrapping. The blade back is black and the sharpened blade edge is silver, a blade of katana can be made with a wide variety of steels and there is no any perfect katana exists, because if the blade is made to be durable, then it will be heavy; If the blade is made to be light, then it will be more easier to be broken. However, the blade of sealed Engetsu is almost perfect, durable, sharpness and strength. This is not important, this sealed Engetsu still needs a person to wield it, therefore the true power depends on Ryle's swordsmanship and not just the quality of the weapon.

On a very quiet and noiseless hallway, the sunlight shined through the window and it gave a warm feeling along with the silence and coldness of the corridor, even soft footsteps could be heard so clearly on the hallway, a boy dressed in black approached the principal office slowly, showing his gentle and polite personality although nobody was there on the hallway looking at him. As a role model of the academy, he has the responsibility to show his appropriate side not to lose the fame and honor of this noble academy. The boy in black who should hiding his real identity as a royal prince must also show full respect to the principal since the principal was the one who was running the academy, and his name was Arran, a man whose fame and pride even could be compared with royal members, not exclude the high king of Nightheart Kingdom, at least Ryle think so. Ryle was not be able to cheat on the principal who was definitely worthy of respect from his identity as a prince, because people who wished to enroll into his academy must register with real identity, include Ryle the prince, no exception.

"Knock, knock." Ryle knocked the door twice very gently and just kept standing instead of entering the office to meet Arran "May I come in, sir?" This was also a politeness because it was quite rude to go in directly without the principal's reply. Ryle was a prince, but not the type of arrogant and overbearing, not in this academy. Eden Academy's target was a noble discipline, nobody should really break the rules although it was a student as a king, or a king as a student.
