Moving this app to WIP due to request to get this back.

I apologize for moving this app to wip instead throwing it into approved characters. I feel as since this app has not been touched since Aug 02, 2010 1:13 pm and things have changed since then. that this app needs an update as well.Reading through it makes me say it also needs expanding in some areas. i'm sorry if this upsets or bothers you but update this to the current template and expand everything in the way you want and we will recheck this for you. I will also make sure you get a little boost not much but something since you are an returning member and have rped this character here before even if it was in 2 threads. please if you have any issues or problems please either PM or message me in the xat. i can not guarantee the same tier you had before but i can help you out in anyway you need me to help you.
